Jeff Snyder said it well in The Washington Times:
“But to ban guns because criminals use them is to tell the innocent and law-abiding that their rights and liberties depend not on their own conduct, but on the conduct of the guilty and the lawless, and that the law will permit them to have only such rights and liberties as the lawless will allow.”
I include the U.S. federal government bureaucracy, and especially the FBI, NSA, CIA, etc., DOJ, FDA, CDC, EPA and their equivalents in some states in the category of lawless. And it is a shameful fact.
The January 6 witch hunt being held in the U.S. Congress is an example of lawlessness, following the terrible, now infamous tradition of Democrats in two failed, lawless impeachment trials. Like those impeachment witch hunts, the Representatives, Senators, prosecutors and witnesses should be on trial and American voters know that. Meanwhile the deep state criminals who produced and enabled the fake evidence walk free. Justice has been turned upside down.
Instead of prosecuting the perpetrators of the obvious and now proven 2020 vote fraud, a committee of the U.S. Congress is producing propaganda at taxpayer expense against some of the people who, within their rights, protested the 2020 vote fraud, meanwhile some of those protestors are still jailed political prisoners without due process of law without a chance of a fair trial in Washington, D.C.
Meanwhile, that witch hunt committee of Congress and politicized federal so-called “investigation and justice” agencies ignore and hide instigators, including FBI and other clandestine operators, as well as organized perpetrators of violence who were bused in undercover and embedded with righteous protestors. Not a word about the 4 capitol police officers that day who later committed suicide, or testimony by the police officer who spoke to the young woman military veteran only seconds before she was point-blank murdered inside the capitol building, or the refusal by both Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s and Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer’s two sergeants at arms to accept National Guard troops previously approved by President Trump for that day. January 6 was an obvious false flag attack by the same people who instigated and perpetrated the fake impeachment and the summer of George Floyd violence prior to the 2020 election. It is all part of their insurance policy against a second Trump administration.
And not a word about the 50 top federal intelligence and security agency bureaucrats who publicly stated only days prior to the 2020 election that the Hunter Biden laptop story was fake, all with security clearance to know that the laptop was real and would influence the result in 2020 election. They are all part of the insurance policy.
Government today is a dirty business. It is past time for voters to vote them out.

Every report I have heard on this says there was no fraud, that you and I believe there was, gets us nowhere. Can’t someone appeal to the Supreme Court?

Howard, I hear exactly the opposite. But I agree the cases are moving very slowly in the courts. I do not think this will be fixed while Democrats control congress and the White House. FBI and DOJ are just too corrupted. But, there is definite confirmation of fraud. For example, in Pennsylvania, election judge Domenick Demurro plead guilty to bribing charges in connection with “ballot box stuffing”. “Demuro admitted that while serving as an elected municipal Judge of Elections, he accepted bribes in the form of money and other things of value in exchange for adding ballots to increase the vote totals for certain candidates on the voting machines in his jurisdiction and for certifying tallies of all the ballots, including the fraudulent ballots.” “Demuro further admitted that a local political consultant gave him directions and paid him money to add votes for candidates supported by the consultant, including candidates for judicial office whose campaigns actually hired the consultant, and other candidates for various federal, state and local elective offices preferred by that consultant for a variety of reasons.
“Demuro also admitted that the votes he added in exchange for payments by the political consultant increased the number of votes fraudulently recorded and tallied for the consultant’s clients and preferred candidates, thereby diluting the ballots cast by actual voters. ”
Some state level GOP organizations have repudiated their state’s electors and call the election illegitimate. More will follow. The GPS information from cell phones is already accepted by the courts as admissible evidence. In addition to the evidence of cell phones and video camera shown 2000 mules, Judicial Watch is pursuing states one by one strongly to clean up their voter lists, and also Judicial Watch is supporting ongoing efforts in courts by appellate attorney Sidney Powell, including her appeals in cases decided against her. For example, Judicial Watch sued North Carolina and won, resulting in removal of 430,000 ineligible names from voter rolls, and NC still has 765,000 inactive voter registrations, which is failure to respond to official address confirmation notices. That is just one state. Judicial Watch has also sued 7 other states. New York is the most notorious violator of the federal law election law in this regard.
Unfortunately, cases are drawn out so long that ballots and records are destroyed as required by law in some states and counties, which means evidence is destroyed. Bud, It sill shocks me as an outside observer with no skin in the game, that people given most the available evidence cannot admit the election fraud occurred. It is beyond me that they will be loyal to thieves and disloyal to their fellow citizens.
You are so right. Government today is a dirty business. It is past time for voters to vote them out. The fraud is repeated in many countries still.
