The radicalized children of Portland, Oregon have heard it their entire lives. So have my kids. I am 70+ and I began hearing it in college during the Vietnam war. The only time it has stopped during my life was partially during the Reagan years (depending on whom you were listening to), and partially during the Trump years (depending on whom you were listening to.) We have been and are still hearing and watching subversion. Non-stop. And it is accelerating. It is pervasive.
