Petition to the U.S. Supreme Court: http://chng.it/Vs26TKwPc5.
Under the U.S. Constitution, Americans have the right to petition the government.
“The prohibition of abridgment of the “right to petition” originally referred only to the Congress and the U.S. federal courts. The incorporation doctrine later expanded the protection of the right to its current scope, over all state and federal courts and legislatures, and the executive branches of the state[3] and federal governments.“(Wikipedia).
The Constitution requires the federal government to guarantee a republican form of goverment in all states.
Article IV Section. 4. U.S. Constitution: The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.
The many examples of corruption of vote integrity and outright vote fraud in the 2020 election deny a republican form of government to every state, which is a contractual guarantee by the federal government. A revote with heavy and transparent oversight is required now to prove that guarantee. Confidence in vote integrity has already been lost, regardless the eventual outcome of this 2020 election. A recount is useless because the ballots are not signed, no identity is on the ballot (as far as we know) after the ballot is removed from the envelop, and unfortunately, the requirement of voter identification is not universal.
Later, after this calamity of justice is ended, there must be a permanent legislative revision of the entire voting process. The current process has far too many loopholes and points of corruption.
