Bill Clinton
: 1993-2001 (8 years) 23 mass murders

Barrack H. Obama
: 2009-2015 (in 7th year) 162 mass murders

So, the question kids, academia, the FBI and DOJ should be asking: Was this an unintended consequence of Obama policies, or was it an intended consequence?
