What we see clearly illustrated in the study at the link below is one of the fundamental problems of climate science: the natural variability is so large in Earth’s climate that teasing out a single climate variable (such as global climate sensitivity to atmospheric CO2 concentration) is statistically impossible. The signal is lost in the noise.

The natural variability of even the most significant variables (such as the atmospheric concentration of water vapor and clouds) is so large that the measurement of smaller variables (such as atmospheric CO2 concentration [~400 ppm]) cannot be distinguished from random noise in the measurement process itself. So far, there are no accurate and reproducible models of some of the most significant climate variables such as water vapor and clouds.

Therefore, it is a clear case of scientific fraud and criminal fraud for politicians to continue policies of paying out billions of taxpayer dollars, as well as a clear case of criminal fraud against any person or entity soliciting donations, since the claim that human-produced CO2 is pollution, or is an endangerment, is scientifically unproven.  Moreover, the claim by alarmist that human-produced CO2 is contributing or triggering dangerous warming is even less provable since the atmospheric concentration of the human-contributed proportion of total CO2 [~40 ppm] and the warming or cooling that might be caused by that tiny amount cannot be accurately and reproducibly measured or modeled.

If anything, attorneys general, district attorneys, prosecutors and class action plaintiff attorneys should be arresting, impeaching and prosecuting those responsible for this ongoing fraud, which represents hundreds of billions of dollars in damages, possibly trillions of dollars. The people should be reimbursed. How long will you allow these people to yell fire in the theater before you demand that they stop and punish them?

Like the Bush administration on Iraq, and the Johnson administration on Vietnam, the Obama administration was ready to march thousands of Americans to war against Syria, a war for political purposes, based on lies and deceit.

Denis McDonough, Obama’s chief of staff, told the New York Times: ‘No one with whom I’ve spoken doubts the intelligence’ directly linking Assad and his regime to the sarin attacks.’

“Following the release of the UN report on 16 September confirming that sarin was used on 21 August, Samantha Power, the US ambassador to the UN, told a press conference: ‘It’s very important to note that only the [Assad] regime possesses sarin, and we have no evidence that the opposition possesses sarin.’  Does that sound like Colin Powell on Iraq and the Gulf of Tonkin in Vietnam?

But a National Security Agency (NSA) official in the Obama administration said: ‘The guys are throwing their hands in the air and saying, “How can we help this guy” – Obama – “when he and his cronies in the White House make up the intelligence as they go along?”’

And, Retired Lt. General Michael T. Flynn said that during the two years he served as director for the Defense Intelligence Agency in the Obama administration, he was never invited to meet with President Obama. “I never met with him once,” Flynn said of President Obama. Flynn was appointed by Obama twice — first in 2011 for a position in the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, then as the Defense Intelligence Agency director, a title he held from 2012-14…a period which includes the dates of the sarin attacks, and Obama’s “red line” threat, and U.S. plans for war against Assad’s Syria.

The Obama administration was funding, training and arming mostly non-Syrian mercenary rebels who were fighting to overthrow Syria’s Assad.  Some of those rebels were using children as soldiers, beheading Christians and Kurds, raping as a weapon, in addition to using chemical weapons.  “The moderates, often underfunded, fragmented and chaotic, appear no match for Islamist units, which include fighters from organizations designated ‘terrorist’ by the United States,” Reuters reported in June 2013.  Jamal Maarouf, who runs the Syrian Revolutionary Front (SRF) created by the CIA and Saudi and Qatari intelligence, said if “the people who support us [U.S., Saudis, Qataris] tell us to send weapons to another group, we send them. They asked us a month ago to send weapons to Yabroud [a city in Syria] so we sent a lot of weapons there. When they asked us to do this, we do it.”

According to Barak Barfi, a research fellow for the globalist funded New America Foundation, al-Nusra, the al-Qaeda-linked group known for summarily executing Syrian soldiers and other atrocities (including beheading Christians), receives weapons indirectly from SRF.

New York Times reported on March 24, 2013, “With help from the C.I.A., Arab governments and Turkey have sharply increased their military aid to Syria’s opposition fighters in recent months, expanding a secret airlift of arms and equipment for the uprising against President Bashar al-Assad, according to air traffic data, interviews with officials in several countries and the accounts of rebel commanders.”

“The airlift, which began on a small scale in early 2012 and continued intermittently through last fall, expanded into a steady and much heavier flow late last year, the data shows. In October, 2011, Libya’s longtime President Muammar Gaddafi was killed after a revolution armed and supported by the U.S. and NATO.  The U.S. compound in Benghazi was destroyed September 11, 2012 and President Obama with Hillary Clinton as Secretary of State were re-elected in November, 2012.  And, in May, 2013, NYT headlined a story by Reuters, “Syrian Rebels May Have Used Sarin.” As of August 13, 2016, Libya is in chaos and is a haven for ISIS.

In July, 2013 General Martin Dempsey, chairman of the Joint Chiefs, told “the Senate Armed Services Committee in public testimony that ‘thousands of special operations forces and other ground forces’ would be needed to seize Syria’s widely dispersed chemical warfare arsenal, along with ‘hundreds of aircraft, ships, submarines and other enablers’. Pentagon estimates put the number of troops at seventy thousand, in part because US forces would also have to guard the Syrian rocket fleet: accessing large volumes of the chemicals that create sarin without the means to deliver it would be of little value to a rebel force.”

However, “In the months before the [sarin] attack, the American intelligence agencies produced a series of highly classified reports, culminating in a formal Operations Order – a planning document that precedes a ground invasion – citing evidence that the al-Nusra Front, a jihadi group affiliated with al-Qaida [which the Obama administration was funding, training and arming], had mastered the mechanics of creating sarin and was capable of manufacturing it in quantity. When the attack occurred al-Nusra should have been a suspect, but the administration cherry-picked intelligence to justify a strike against Assad.”

Today, as a result of Russia’s intervention and enforcement, Syria has given up its chemical weapons, but the rebels supported by the U.S., Turkey, Saudis, Jordan and other countries retain their chemical weapons… some were recently confiscated by Turkey from rebels at Turkey’s border.

I am not a fan of Senator Lindsey Graham, but in this case his words were apropos: “This strategy makes Pickett’s Charge appear well thought out,” said Sen. Lindsey Graham of South Carolina, referring to the poorly planned and futile Confederate assault at Gettysburg. “We’re about to train people for certain death.”

Hillary has promised to continue Obama’s policies.
