Sent by email to each of my Senators and Representative using their official website on January 10, 2019

Dear Representative, Dear Senators;

Protect American citizens and America’s culture. Protect the border. Build the wall now. Reduce immigration. End chain migration and birthright citizenship. Require e-verify nationwide. Vet all refugees and immigrants or else do not allow entry into the country. Require the U.S. Census to record and count resident status of all people in the United States. End sanctuary cities, counties, states. End welfare and tax credits for illegal aliens. Deport illegal aliens. Create a temporary work visa program for the United States which requires all non-citizen workers to be identified, and to pay federal and other applicable taxes. Get it done or else give up your seat to someone who will do their duty.

Stop playing politics with national security and immigration. Congress is derelict of sworn responsibility. We can see and you can see the total failure of open borders and multiculturalism in Europe and elsewhere. Americans do not want that violence and crime here. Do your job and protect our nation!

Mexico’s interior minister outlines plans to secure their southern border against illegal immigrants

Mexico just made it a lot harder for Democrats to denounce border security as a racist plot against Hispanics (as if “Hispanic” were a race).  Exactly as President Trump has explained, if you don’t have a border, you don’t have a nation.

Patrick Goodenough of CNS reports:

Mexico’s interior minister outlined plans to strengthen her own country’s porous southern border, where hundreds of illegal crossing points have been identified.

Speaking at a gathering of Mexican diplomats at the foreign ministry, Olga Sánchez Cordero said at least 10,000 migrants had entered Mexico from Honduras, El Salvador and Guatemala since last October, and that another U.S.-bound “caravan” from the south was expected to arrive in mid-January.

Sánchez Cordero said the government was determined to ensure that “legal and orderly” entry takes place.

As part of the new government’s migration policy, she said, anyone wanting to enter Mexico would have to provide information including reason for entry, biometric data, and an identity document.

“Those who refuse to provide identity or biometric data will not be able to enter Mexican territory.”

President Trump has the means and the will to grind this into the faces of Schumer, Pelosi, and all the other hypocrites.

Like the U.S., Mexico has a southern border with much poorer countries on the other side.  That creates incentives for illegal immigration, which imposes costs on the host.

2 Illegal Alien Killers, 1 Sanctuary State, 200 Miles of Terror, by Daniel Greenfield

Less than 200 miles separate Tulare County and Stanislaus County. And a little over a week separates the two reigns of terror in these two California counties by Gustavo Garcia and Gustavo Perez Arriaga.

Both Gustavos were dangerous and violent illegal aliens. On Monday, December 17, Gustavo Garcia went on a murderous rampage that killed at least two people and put seven more in the hospital. On Wednesday, December 26, Gustavo Perez Arriaga murdered a law enforcement officer at a traffic stop.

Cpl. Ronil Singh, murdered by the second Gustavo, and Rocky Paul Jones and Rolando Soto, murdered by the first Gustavo, did not have to die. They died because California’s sanctuary state law took their lives.

Gustavo Garcia had a criminal record dating back to 2002 covering everything from illegal weapons to meth. He had been deported in 2004 and then again in 2014. There had been three immigration holds on the illegal alien criminal. Before he began his murderous spree, Tulare County sheriff’s deputies arrested him. ICE put a hold on him as a dangerous illegal alien. But because of California’s sanctuary state law, local law enforcement had to let him loose. A few days later, the illegal alien’s carnage began.

Garcia shot a farmworker picking fruit in the chest, robbed a mini-mart at gunpoint of $2,000, shot and killed a man, shot at a woman in the parking lot of a Motel 6, wounding her in the arm and torso, opened fire at two gas stations, killing Rocky Jones, fired shots into several homes, including the home of his ex-girlfriend, forcing her and her children to flee, opened fire on the deputies pursuing him, stole a car from three other farmworkers at gunpoint, and got into a high speed chase while deliberately trying to hit other cars.

He exchanged fire with pursuing cops during the chase, and smashed into other cars while going 100 miles, taking his own life and putting four other people in the hospital, including one critically wounded.

And that’s actually an incomplete list of the illegal alien killer’s crimes after the ICE hold wasn’t honored.

“Before SB 54, Gustavo Garcia would have been turned over to ICE officials. That’s how we’ve always done it, day in and day out. After SB 54, we no longer have the power to do that,” Sheriff Mike Boudreaux said.

SB54, euphemistically named the California Values Act, banned local law enforcement officers from holding illegal aliens in custody on immigration detainers or communicating with immigration authorities. Introduced by Senator Kevin de Leon and signed into law by Governor Jerry Brown, the sanctuary state bill illegally made California a sanctuary state and tied the hands of law enforcement.

A little over a week had passed when Gustavo Perez Arriaga was pulled over on suspicion of drunk driving early in the morning. He shot Cpl. Ronil Singh, an immigrant from Fiji, and led law enforcement on a 55 hour manhunt as he fled for the Mexican border. When he was caught, he had traveled around 200 miles from the original scene of the crime. And he had taken the life of a family man and corporal.

Gustavo Perez Arriaga was an illegal migrant who had crossed the border into Arizona a few years ago. The illegal alien was allegedly a member of the Sureno gangs operating under the Mexican mafia. While he found employment as a farm worker, he boasted about his gang membership on social media and racked up drunk driving arrests that couldn’t be used to deport him because California’s sanctuary state law prevented law enforcement from doing anything until it was too late. Now it’s too late.

Stanislaus County Sheriff Adam Christianson blamed California sanctuary state laws for Singh’s death and questioned why Sacramento was “providing sanctuary for criminals, gang members”. Cpl. Ronil Singh would have been alive, he pointed out, if his future killer had been deported.

Sanctuary state law advocates claim that they want to protect immigrants. Instead they killed one.

“Deepest condolences to the family of Cpl. Ronil Singh of the Newman Police Department. Our hearts are heavy during this holiday season. You truly lived the American Dream,” Senator Kevin de Leon tweeted.

Singh had been living the American Dream, until Kevin de Leon’s illegal alien nightmare took his life.

Singh “immigrated here lawfully and legally to pursue his American dream,” Sheriff Adam Christianson said. “He achieved that goal and his dream was taken from him.”

Under fire, Senator Kevin de Leon doubled down on putting illegal alien criminals ahead of legal immigrants. “The type of tone and attitude that Sheriff Christianson has taken instills fear and panic in all immigrant communities,” he ranted. The immigrants attacked by his illegal aliens may disagree.

Meanwhile ICE Out of California, the pro-illegal pressure group, blamed the illegal alien crime spree on “gun violence”. “The California Values Act,” it claimed, “is part of the solution.”

Law enforcement officers, even those like Sheriff Boudreaux, who support illegal aliens to some degree, however agree that the sanctuary state mandate is costing lives.

“We are very frustrated with the fact that the way the laws are set up currently that law enforcement hands are tied,” Sheriff Mike Boudreaux said. “Our county was shot up by a violent criminal that could have easily been prevented had we had the opportunity to reach out to our fellow counterparts.”

In Fresno County, Sheriff Margaret Mims has faced harassment over her cooperation with ICE. “It’s ridiculous the state dictates the local law enforcement which other law enforcement agencies they can and can’t talk to,” she said.

Meanwhile in Los Angeles, there’s a new pro-crime sheriff in town.

Sheriff Alex Villanueva’s upset victory had allegedly been illegally lubricated by straw donors. And the pro-crime figure is vowing to go further than ever to protect illegal aliens and has even threatened to “physically remove ICE from the county jails.

” Across California, the sanctuary state law has been putting more illegal alien criminals on the street.

In Monterey, ICE detentions dropped by 83%, from 217 to 36. In San Luis Obispo County, the 87 illegal alien criminals picked up by ICE in 2017 had dropped to 0. Other counties have been partial holdouts, maintaining some limited and diminishing cooperation with ICE despite illegal alien lobby pressure.

Similar battles are being fought in counties across California as the number of illegal criminals grows.

Sanctuary state defenders claim that these illegal alien criminals are exceptions to the rule. But when Gustavo Perez Arriaga went on the run, after murdering a law enforcement officer, a network of illegal aliens stepped out of the shadows to help him flee justice and return to Mexico.

7 men and women were arrested for aiding the cop-killer. Every one of them is an illegal alien.

What Does Diversity Have to Do with Science?

The promoters of identity politics—the idea that we are primarily defined by our race and gender—have taken over the humanities and social sciences.
 
That’s bad.
 
But not as bad as this: They are moving in on “STEM” – science, technology, engineering and math.
 
“All across the country,” a UCLA scientist reports, “the big question is: how can we promote more women and minorities by ‘changing’ (i.e., lowering) the requirements we had previously set for graduate level study?”
 
No matter: in July 2017, it awarded $1 million to the University of New Hampshire and two other institutions to develop a “bias-awareness intervention tool.” Another $2 million went to the Department of Aerospace Engineering at Texas A&M to “remediate microaggressions and implicit biases.”
 
The science diversity charade, as I discuss in my book The Diversity Delusion, wastes extraordinary amounts of time and money that could be going into basic research and its real-world application. If that were its only consequence, the cost would be high enough. But identity politics is altering the standards for scientific competence and the way future scientists are trained.
 
“Diversity” is now an explicit job qualification in the STEM fields.
 
The physics department at UC San Diego advertised an assistant-professor position with a “specific emphasis on contributions to diversity,” such as a candidate’s “awareness of inequities faced by underrepresented groups.” Solving the mystery of dark energy apparently now takes a back-seat to social justice. Maybe it was a coincidence, but all five candidates on UC San Diego’s short list were females.
 
If traditional standards are keeping women and minorities out of STEM fields, it stands to reason that changing standards must be the way to get them in. Or maybe standards are just another expression of the white patriarchy and thus no longer relevant.
 
An introductory chemistry course at UC Berkeley reflects the new “culturally sensitive pedagogy.” A primary goal, according to its teachers, is to disrupt the “racialized and gendered construct of scientific brilliance,” which defines “good science” as getting all the right answers.
 
This same diversity obsession extends to medical schools—not a happy thought when they wheel you into the operating room for emergency surgery.
 
The promoters of identity politics are literally playing with our lives. Medical schools admissions committees are now told to overlook the low test scores of black and Hispanic applicants in favor of a more “holistic” approach. From 2013 to 2016, medical schools admitted 57 percent of black applicants with a low medical college admission test score of 24 to 26, but only 8 percent of whites and 6 percent of Asians with those same low scores, according to Claremont McKenna professor Frederick Lynch.
 
Racial preferences in med school programs are sometimes justified on the basis that minorities want doctors who “look like them.” Really? Seems much more likely that minority patients with serious illnesses want the same thing we all do: a well-trained, skilled doctor.
 
The desperate attempt to get women into STEM fields is also based on the idea that, absent discrimination, women and men would be equally represented in the sciences.
 
This is highly unlikely, however. Differences in math proficiency between boys and girls show up as early as kindergarten. In the top .01 percent of math ability, where we find scientific genius, there are 2.5 males in the US for every female, according to a recent paper in the journal Intelligence.
 
This may help explain why women make up 14 percent of engineering workers and 25 percent of computer workers. To acknowledge this was once common sense; now it can get you fired. Ask James Damore, the Google engineer who questioned the company’s hiring preferences for females.
 
The National Labor Relations Board upheld Google’s firing of Damore on the grounds that his statements about “purported biological differences between men and women” were “discriminatory and constituted sexual harassment.” This decision means that every evolutionary biologist, neurologist, or economist who acknowledges the differences between males and females is at risk of his job.
 
The unique accomplishments of Western science were achieved without regard to the sex or skin color of its creators. Now, however, funders, industry leaders, and academic administrators want us to believe that “diversity” is the key to the future.
 
But the truth is the exact opposite: we want our best scientific minds to be free to do their best work. In our highly competitive world, identity politics is an indulgence we can’t afford.

Long live the Yellow Vests! VIVA LA FRANCE!

Member of European Parliament, (MEP) Marcel de Graaff summarized the UN Global Compact for Safe, Orderly and Regular Migration: “Criticism of migration will become a criminal offense.” At what point have we left all pretext of democracy and moved into the sphere of dictatorship, manifest at a supranational level?

The UN Global Compact for Safe, Orderly and Regular Migration was adopted in Marrakech on 10 December 2018 by 164 Member States. The word “regular” should jar the soul of every freedom loving and democracy loving individual and nation. Australia, the Netherlands, Austria, Bulgaria, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Poland, the Dominican Republic, Chile, Latvia, Slovakia, Estonia, Italy and the U.S. did not sign. The U.S. stated its objections as follows:

“In addition to our broad concerns regarding emerging attempts to ‘globalize’ migration governance at the expense of State sovereignty, the United States has specific objections to Compact text and objectives that run contrary to our law and policy… the Compact strikes the wrong balance. Its pro-migration stance fails to recognize that lawful and orderly immigration must start and end with effective national controls over borders.”

The UN compact makes it easier for migrants to relocate to new countries, safeguards routes, provides medical and financial assistance, open access to public services and a means of income on arrival, “harmonization” of borders, rejects the right to detain illegals, and the options for facilitating the transfer of welfare payments back to the migrants’ country of origin.

Essentially, the UN Compact is an agreement for national suicide, the elimination of national sovereignty and individual rights such as freedom of speech and other rights documented in the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. (6) Outgoing Chancellor of Germany, Frau Angela Merkel, embattled French leader Immanuel Macron and other global elitists now openly state that nations must give up their sovereignty. Their actions follow their words in this instance.

One hundred members of Macron’s political party (En Marche) angrily quit his party. In their farewell letter, the angry marcheurs conclude: “The 100 citizens that we are, independent, free, human rights activists, partisans of democracy, cannot continue within a movement or party without common policy, that did not manage to base itself on the pillars of democracy and that has denied with arrogance and contempt the intelligence of the people.”

It is worthwhile to point out that António Guterres, the current Secretary General of the UN, is the former president of Socialist International, which “was formed in London on 28 September 1864 by socialist, communist and anarchist political groups and trade unions. Tensions between moderates and revolutionaries led to its dissolution in 1876 in Philadelphia. The Second International was formed in Paris on 14 July 1889 as an association of the socialist parties.” (Wikipedia) With member organizations in more that 100 nations, following the communist tradition of Karl Marx, Leon Trotsky and Vladimir Lenin, Socialist International views the chief source of oppression and exploitation in the world to be capitalism — private property — whose inevitable by-products are poverty, environmental degradation, war, famine, and most other ills that plague humanity. UN leaders have also announced anti-capitalitst intentions.

Caveat emptor!

“When the authority of the nation state is ceded to a supra-national body, such as the United Nations, our power as citizens is diluted.” (1)

Not coincidently, the Islamic strategy for world domination is migration and civilization jihad. George Soros states the position of global elites and the supranational organizations such as the EU, UN, etc: Muslim migrants must be allowed to choose where they will settle. Amin Awad, regional refugee coordinator for the United Nations refugee agency UNHCR, said from Geneva: “If anything, it gives an indication perhaps that this is the tip of the iceberg.” Muslim migration “has been the biggest engine of demographic growth in the EU as a whole since the mid-1990s,” a report issued by the EU’s Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development states. “It is about to become the only one.”

“Very simply, civilization jihad calls for changing a nation by changing its people and its values – gradually, over time.” (7)

Judith Bergman explains: “It cannot be stressed enough that this agreement [The UN Compact] is not about refugees fleeing persecution, or their rights to protection under international law. Instead, the agreement propagates the radical idea that migration — for any reason — is something that needs to be promoted, enabled and protected.” (8)

Socialists (by any name) mistakenly believe that they can control the barbaric savagery of Islam. Just as the communist intelligencia, elites and military of Russia, known as “White Russians,” set the stage and started the Russian Revolutions, and then they were exterminated in the millions by their comrades,” Islamists will eliminate the “useful idiot” socialists (by any name.)
