YouTube to Delete Content Alleging Presidential Election Fraud

YouTube announced that from Dec. 9 it will block and remove content that contains statements “alleging widespread fraud or errors changed the outcome of a historical U.S. presidential election.”

The Google-owned firm said that it was because the “safe harbor” deadline on Dec. 8 in the presidential election had passed, claiming that “enough states have certified their election results.”

However, there are still outstanding legal challenges, including one in the Supreme Court, that could change the outcome of the election. YouTube’s statement made no mention of these, and it made no mention of the Dec. 14 Electoral College vote date.

The Epoch Times has not declared a winner of the election.

But according to the San Bruno, California-based company, “We will start removing any piece of content uploaded today (or anytime after) that misleads people by alleging that widespread fraud or errors changed the outcome of the 2020 U.S. presidential election, in line with our approach towards historical U.S. presidential elections.”

“For example, we will remove videos claiming that a presidential candidate won the election due to widespread software glitches or counting errors. We will begin enforcing this policy today, and will ramp up in the weeks to come,” the firm wrote. “As always, news coverage and commentary on these issues can remain on our site if there’s sufficient education, documentary, scientific, or artistic context.” It did not elaborate on the context it requires.

The company then said that it will “guide” people to “authoritative information” provided by corporate news outlets such as ABC, CBS, NBC, or CNN. Over the past month since the election, those news outlets have provided little coverage of lawsuits or allegations of election fraud.

The Epoch Times has reached out to President Donald Trump’s team for comment.

On Twitter, YouTube’s announcement was slammed by conservative commentators, who said the company is engaging in censorship.

“YouTube has declared you are now forbidden from criticizing the government’s handling of the election,” wrote OANN’s Jack Posobiec. Several weeks ago, OANN’s YouTube channel was suspended and demonetized.

The move is sure to draw the ire of certain members of Congress and Trump himself, who in recent weeks, have suggested social media and tech companies should not have the protection of the federal Section 230 law. Lawmakers from both Republican and Democratic parties have signaled the law should be rewritten or repealed, arguing that it shields such firms from responsibility.

Critics of the measure say that it allows Big Tech firms to get away with censorship and make poor content moderation decisions. Many conservatives have said YouTube and other social media companies have engaged in censoring pro-Trump or conservative viewpoints.

An October 2020 lawsuit filed against YouTube said the firm repeatedly breached its own terms of service by deleting their pages or suspending them without cause and didn’t tell them the reason why.

“Plaintiffs remain baffled as to what, specifically in their content-led them to be part of the massive de-platforming, other than the commonality that they are conservative news channels with widespread audience reach,” wrote attorney M. Cris Armenta in the complaint, which was filed in California federal court on behalf of several plaintiffs. Armenta argued that YouTube violated their First Amendment rights, saying it “engaged in state action by capitulating to government coercion” to purge the accounts.

● We received information that in the last week of September there was a ‘massive security breach’ to multiple government agencies including DSHS, DCYF, DOR, and WA Tech, which operates the state’s core technology services. It is the central network and data center which provides security from cyber attacks.
● Inside information exposed a cover up by Gov. Inslee who ‘demanded that state employees NOT release this security breach to the media’.
● In the last week of September, through the first week in October, the Washington State National Guard assisted SOS Elections division in segmenting the elections system on to (it’s own network) although the breach had already occurred.
● On Wednesday 11/11/20 Lincoln County computer systems received a ransomware attack, rendering the inability to access (any) computers, including all election systems. They continued to be shut down on the day Lincoln County canvassing board certified the election.
● Insider information confirms that the Vote WA election system was compromised, and it is a system that is shared and used statewide, regardless of the SOS denial to the contrary.
● 7,228 DECEASED VOTES as a result from the Master Death Files were not removed from the voter rolls in October and there was no error message. Tangible evidence showing voter rolls have not been scrubbed in some cases for 48+months.
● Signature Fail, Duplicate Ballot and Registration checks, Social Security deceased scrub had been down for several weeks leading to the 11/3/2020 election.

● We have signed affidavits attesting voters received unsolicited ballots, in some cases up to seven ballots per person. Some of these individuals received them despite not being eligible to vote (here on student visa).
● DSA certification and the CASS Reports both reflect that 318,061 of the VRDB are not deliverable to the address in the system, yet in most cases (voted).
● In a single county the registered voters increased by nearly 4,000 after Nov. 3rd till the 13th while ballots were still being counted.
● Several Counties drew our attention because of the Judicial Watch article showing 14 counties 100-119% voter turnout.
● All County websites that are linked from the Secretary of State website, even ones for the same county on the same day and at the same time, show different and inconsistent numbers.

Conclusion: Washington state has too many irregularities and security breaches to have been a valid election.

…some of the interview above is repetitious if you have been following election corruption closely, but here it is coming from known and reliable sources. Other parts are new and scary. For example, beginning around 40 minutes, General McInerny confirms that U.S. Special Forces confiscated computer servers from a facility in Frankfurt, Germany which had been running the Hammer and Scorecard software that is the backbone of the Dominion/Scytl vote switching software. McInerny has heard but not yet confirmed that some of the U.S. Special Forces were killed in that operation against a server facility which was operated and protected by CIA contractors. Mainstream media and fact checkers and Scytl are denying this raid happened.

Confirming massive vote fraud occurred, this sworn affidavit presented in court under penalty of perjury, a cyber-crime expert used by CIA, the FBI, the NSA, U.S. military counterintelligence and Homeland Security.

This year’s election had a historically high turnout.

Recently, many Americans haven’t cared so much about elections, thinking there ultimately wasn’t much difference between Republicans and Democrats, or between specific candidates.

However, with the approach of the 2020 election, many people became alarmed. They realized how far our country had strayed from its foundations. If we don’t take ownership now, they thought, it will be beyond repair.

The whole world is watching this election closely. Some Chinese have commented: “We thought China was going to become America. Instead, America is becoming China!”

It is so true. At this point, there are a lot of things we cannot say in America. Political correctness is not a matter of choice; it is a survival skill. If you say one word wrong, you can lose your job. If you don’t follow the mainstream narrative, you will get attacked by the mainstream media. It has reached such an extent that we should ask, do we still have freedom of speech?

This reminds me of China. Fifty years ago in communist China, if you made casual comments about the communists, you would end up in jail or a labor camp.

Someone who was at home and made one comment not in line with the CCP would be punished. A son would report on his father, a daughter on her mother, and a husband and wife on each other. Fear of the Communist Party, and indoctrination by it, had become a second human nature, pushing out natural feelings.

I immigrated to America more than 30 years ago. I always tell people, “America is the least discriminatory country in the whole world.” Yet we hear “discrimination” and “racism” daily in news reports. “Discrimination” and “racism” have become political weapons. They are no longer a matter of moral principle.

With so many protests and riots being organized in the name of fighting racism, the issue of race is now purposefully used to divide our society. In communist countries such as China and the former Soviet Union, the communists created division based on social class.

Communists always talk about class struggle. They claim that any inequality of wealth is because the wealthy exploit the working class. Communists use the working class to take down the middle and upper classes, until the country’s whole economy is destroyed.

By turning one group against another, they cause chaos in society and open the door for seizing power. Ruling with communism is always the real goal.

Just as the communists have never been for the working classes, here in America, their real concern is not racism or discrimination. By fostering division among the races, they create an opportunity to seize power. Again, communism is the goal.

America has been a beacon of freedom for the world. My friends in China used to hide under their bed covers to listen to Voice of America. Listening to VOA was a crime that could land you in jail. People living under communist regimes used to take great risks to listen to a voice from America.

And America has been the envy of the world. I have traveled to around 20 countries, and everywhere I hear people talking about immigrating to America.

To people in Europe, America means more opportunity. To people in other areas, America is a place to have a better life. Even those who look down on America are jealous of America, and those who fight with America want to come to America. They know America respects individual rights. America has always been the home of freedom lovers.

But America has changed. Today, VOA is no longer a radio station the Chinese think is worth risking their safety to listen to. America has become more and more like the socialist country they are trying to flee.

America is still wealthy, still has some freedom in lifestyle and the economy, and still is an open society compared to many other countries. However, we have long been on a slow, steady track heading for the same communist society that I once knew.

This is why so many came out to vote. This is why they are fighting voter fraud. It is now or never. This train is heading for a cliff. If we don’t stop it now, it will be too late.
