If Congress and Presidents had not moved the Social Security /Medicare trust funds onto the federal budget (so that they could spend those billions of saved dollars) and replaced those dollars contributed by working taxpayers and their employers over their careers, if they had not done that travesty/theft of taxpayer assets and replaced it with non-marketable federal promissory notes, then the Social Security /Medicare trust funds would have earned and be earning surplus market-rate interest and the federal government would not owe interest on the promissory notes it uses to replace the money it steals each year from the Social Security /Trust Fund, (which is 75% of the pie chart of debt.) I invite any constitutional lawyers to opine here.

It appears to me that in the U.S., any law, or agency regulation or rule which alleged authority to require a citizen or their employer to reveal their vax status, and alleged a penalty, fee or crime if this information is not reported, is effectively defeased by the 5th amendment to the U.S. Constitution. In that amendment, a citizen cannot be compelled to incriminate themself. By extension then, any law, regulation or rule alleging requirement of a travel passport, vax passport etc. is also defeased.

As an adjunct constitutional argument, the 1st amendment states that ‘no law shall be passed prohibiting the free exercise of religion or abridging the freedom of speech or press.’ Freedom of speech includes the right to remain silent. ‘You have a right to remain silent. And anything you say can and will be used against you.’ For example, you have a right to not report vax status or other parts of personal health. By logical extension then, an employer or agency of government cannot be compelled by law, regulation or rule to require an employee to report their vax status.

Since FDA and CDC have recalled the SARS-CoV2 PCR tests, there is no credible evidence of a pandemic requiring Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) and no credible evidence that the vaccines are effective or safe. Therefore, there is no justification as required by law for EUA or National Emergency or a Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS) under OSHA regulations.

Greater than 50% of the time, PCR tests could not tell the difference between an infectious person versus a person who previously had been infected and recovered.

The CDC “Instructions for Use” for its EUA-approved PCR test, page 40, CDC-006-00019, Revision: 06 under section titled “Limitations,” quote:
• Detection of viral RNA may not indicate the presence of infectious virus or that 2019-nCoV is the causative agent for clinical symptoms.
• The performance of this test has not been established for monitoring treatment of 2019-nCoV infection.
• The performance of this test has not been established for screening of blood or blood products for the presence of 2019-nCoV.
• This test cannot rule out diseases caused by other bacterial or viral pathogens.

The science on the efficacy and durability of natural immunity is now overwhelming. Yet the CDC continues to recommend lifting restrictions on the vaccinated but not those who have recovered from Covid and have superior natural immunity. Vaccine mandates across the country likewise ignore natural immunity simply because the CDC is ignoring it. Those promulgating vaccine mandates feel no need to actually address the science on this question; instead, they simply fall back on the CDC’s recommendation that everyone—regardless of immunity status—get vaccinated. 

There are many political reasons the CDC continues to ignore the scientific evidence on this issue. Here is a sampling of the reasons, which are neither compelling nor grounded in scientific findings:

“We see with bemusement the paralysis unfolding in countries that have grown accustomed to viewing themselves as the flagships of progress,” Putin said. … Putin said that Western nations had a right to do whatever they wanted to do but that “the overwhelming majority of Russian society” rejected these new ways of thinking.”

“The preparedness of the so called social progress believe that the bringing a new conscience, a new consciousness to humanity, something that is more correct,” Putin said. “But there is one thing I would like to say: The recipes they come up with are nothing new. Paradoxical as it may seem, but this is something we saw in Russia. It happened in our country before after the 1917 revolution, the Bolsheviks followed the dogmas of Marx and Engels. And they also declared that they would go into change the traditional lifestyle, the political, the economic lifestyle, as well as the very notion of morality, the basic principles for a healthy society. They were trying to destroy age and century long values, revisiting the relationship between the people, they were encouraging informing on one’s own beloved, and families. It was hailed as the march of progress. And it was very popular across the world and it was supported by many, as we see, it is happening right now.”

“Incidentally, the Bolsheviks were absolutely intolerant of other opinions, different from their own,” Putin continued. “I think this should remind you of something that is happening. And we see what is happening in the Western countries, it is with puzzlement that we see the practices Russia used to have and that we left behind in distant path, the fight for equality and against discrimination turns into an aggressive dogmatism on the brink of absurdity, when great authors of the past such as Shakespeare are no longer taught in schools and universities because they announced as backward classics that did not understand the importance of gender or race.”

“You know, the Bolsheviks were speaking about nationalizing not just the property, but also women,” Putin continued. “The proponents of new approaches go so far as they want to eliminate the whole notions of men and women, and those who dare say that men and women exist and this is a biological fact, they are all but banished. Parent number one, parent number two, or the parent that has given birth, or instead of breast milk, you say human milk. And you say all of that, so the people who are not sure of their sexual agenda are not unhappy.”
