The attached pdf is the AMICUS CURIAE in a case brought to the U.S. Supreme Court by the court’s WRIT OF CERTIORARI. It contains several chapters covering different aspects on the topic, as presented to the court by several experts and references, gathered by Amicus Paul R. McHugh, M.D., Professor of Psychiatry, in support of the petitioner in the case, a case which the U.S. Supreme Court chose to consider.

This AMICUS CURIAE is well worth the time to read and consider, if nothing else than to balance the almost non-stop narrative flowing from almost all mainstream media outlets and governments.

The following biographical description is quoted from page 1.

“Amicus Curiae Paul R. McHugh, M.D. is the University Distinguished Service Professor of Psychiatry at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. From 1975 until 2011, Dr. McHugh was the Henry Phipps Professor of Psychiatry and the director of the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Science at Johns Hopkins. At the same time, he was psychiatrist-in-chief at Johns Hopkins Hospital with overall responsibility for the proper care and treatment of patients with, among other issues, sexual disorders.”

“Dr. McHugh appears as amicus not to discuss statutory construction but to critically evaluate, on the basis of his clinical and scientific expertise, Respondents’ and the Court of Appeals’ conflation of sex and gender identity. He also seeks to discuss the frequently heard claims about gender identity, which sometimes masquerade as science but are really ideological pronouncements not supported by scientific evidence. In addition to showing that sex, from a medical standpoint, does not include gender identity, Dr. McHugh’s expertise is helpful in challenging the supposed scientific imperative for gender affirmation.”

Donald Trump believed and had evidence of election fraud while he was sitting President of the U.S. Therefore, it was his sworn duty as President to do everything legally in his power to stop the illegal election from moving forward. Basically said, any President in Trump’s position was duty-bound to stop such a coup. That includes attempting to persuade VP Pence on his opinions and evidence, and also to persuade a crowd of supporters to peacefully protest against Congress, and also for these supporters as well as Trump himself to demand their Constitution right to have their grievances addressed by their government. As of today, these grievances by the people nor by citizen and former President Trump have NOT been addressed. Just the contrary, grieving citizens are still held as political prisoners and prosecuted by the government which is duty bound to address the grievances.

The government is prosecuting the victims instead of the criminals. Thus, the government and its cronies have become the criminals, worse than mafia because they act under color of authority. It is time to re read the Declaration of Independence.

Is a sitting president supposed to allow a coup to take place without opposing it? Of course not. Yet this is the eventuality of the theory assumed by the prosecutors of Trump and January 6 protestors. Meanwhile, prosecutors and courts ignore the fact that many FBI and other government and paid non-Trump-supporting agent were instigating in the January 6 crowd, and ignore the blatant and now proven election interference by many (over 50) U.S. intel officials regarding the Hunter Biden laptop, and ignore the Obama FBI and DOJ spying on the 2016 Trump campaign and General Michael Flynn, and ignore two attempts to frame President Trump with fake impeachment proceedings, one based on a proven fake Russia collusion story, and another based on a legitimate phone call about now proven VP Joe Biden corruption in Ukraine.

On January 6, VP Pence and Congress did not fulfill their sworn duty to protect and defend the Constitution. Duty required delaying the election confirmation to investigate the alleged election fraud, a function far more important to the nation than a timely confirmation protocol. In the most generous case to Congress and the VP, this was a severe lapse of judgement. The transfer of power could have been delayed so that the far more important issue of election integrity was confirmed for the nation. Instead, VP Pence and Congress have left the nation badly divided with hundreds if not thousands of citizens having witnessed election corruption events, events which were legally called to the attention of VP Pence, the AG Barr, SOS Pompeo and others in the Trump administration, as well as to Congress by the duty-bound sitting President and his legal teams, as well as citizens, and state legislators. And still today, nothing has been done to shore up confidence in election integrity, which stands at zero. Commendably, on January 6th, a significant number of U.S. Senators and Representatives righteously called for a confirmation delay and investigation, they can stand proud in the light. But on January 6th, the U.S. Congress as a body, the Vice President, the Attorney General, the Secretary of State, and others in the U.S. government were derelict of sworn duty.

Today, more than 2 years later, America hangs its head in shame for its failed government.

Net CO₂ is the measured amount of total CO₂ in the atmosphere.  Net CO₂ is total CO₂ emitted into atmosphere by all sources (natural and human) minus total CO₂ absorbed from atmosphere by all sinks (natural and human). 

An example of net CO₂ is diligently reported by the Global Monitoring Laboratories (GML) of the U.S. National Oceanographic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) such as the laboratory on Mauna Loa volcano on Hawaii Island. (Image below, and at the link below).

This NOAA lab, by general agreement, is the “gold standard” representing a global average for net CO₂ concentration in dry air.  At this lab, the average net CO₂ for 2022 was 418.57 ppm, or 0.0419% of dry air, which is about 419 molecules of CO₂ gas per million gas molecules in air after removing water vapor molecules. 

Net CO₂ is not the amount of human-produced CO₂ in the air.  NOAA is not measuring human-produced CO₂. NOAA measures net CO₂.   

The NOAA-measured average increase in net CO2 was 1.78 ppm for the year 2022. This is the increase over 2021. This rate of annual increase is less than every year since 2009.  That is, the 2022 annual increase in CO₂ due to all sources minus all sinks, natural and human, was 1.78 ppm, or 0.000178% of dry air. 

1.78 ppm divided by 418.57 ppm is 0.4%, which reveals that the annual average increase for the year 2022 in net human-contributed CO₂ did not exceed 0.4% of total atmospheric CO₂ concentration for 2022 and did not exceed 0.000178% of dry air for 2022   NOAA reported uncertainty as 0.12 ppm, which is about 7% of 1.78 ppm (file attached below).

2022 Nobel laureate in physics John Clauser was silenced and cancelled by IMF.   Is there an argument other than the emperors do not appreciate being reminded of their nakedness?

Yes, this applies to all countries, some more than others. But there are people investing big money for decades already to get you to be a woke, sustainable, social justice warrior, divided by identities and no longer able to tell right from wrong, male from female, opinion from fact.

Nobel Laureate (Physics 2022) Dr. John Clauser was to present a seminar on climate models to the IMF on Thursday and now his talk has been summarily cancelled. According to an email he received last evening, the Director of the Independent Evaluation Office of the International Monetary Fund, Pablo Moreno, had read the flyer for John’s July 25 zoom talk and summarily and immediately canceled the talk. Technically, it was “postponed.”

Dr. Clauser had previously criticized the awarding of the 2021 Nobel Prize for work in the development of computer models predicting global warming and told President Biden that he disagreed with his climate policies. Dr. Clauser has developed a climate model that adds a new significant dominant process to existing models. The process involves the visible light reflected by cumulus clouds that cover, on average, half of the Earth. Existing models greatly underestimate this cloud feedback, which provides a very powerful, dominant thermostatic control of the Earth’s temperature.

More recently, he addressed the Korea Quantum Conference where he stated, “I don’t believe there is a climate crisis” and expressed his belief that “key processes are exaggerated and misunderstood by approximately 200 times.” Dr. Clauser, who is recognized as a climate change skeptic, also became a member of the board of directors of the CO2 Coalition last month, an organization that argues that carbon dioxide emissions are beneficial to life on Earth. https://co2coalition.org/news/nobel-laureate-silenced/
