If more government is the answer, the question is fascist.

Can you not see that Obama is intentionally dividing and polarizing this country while campaigning to unite it?  No serious person can claim that abortion is not a polarizing and divisive issue.  No serious person can claim that the vote at Obama’s convention to allow the singular appearance of the word God in the Democratic platform is not a polarizing and divisive issue.   Ramming through two different, unread, 3000 page,  healthcare bills  opposed by the entire other party and members of his own party, as well as the majority of Americans and 26 states is obviously polarizing and divisive   Same sex marriage/traditional family values is a polarizing and divisive issue.  Angering your traditional allies (e.g. the Poles, the Czechs, the Brits, the Israeli’s) while appeasing enemies who vow to destroy us… is polarizing and divisive.

Of course, Obama and the poster about Romney on abortion put out by Democratic Underground “rub people’s emotions raw and hype their resentments.”  That is exactly what they are designed to do.  Please read “The True Believer” by Eric Hoffer and figure out which character is Obama.  By the way, The Democratic Underground bounces people who oppose their positions; how’s that for democracy?

How is it OK for Obama to ‘evolve’ his position on a red meat issue like same-sex marriage/traditional family values but, according to Jonny and his post from the Democratic Underground, Romney is a “brown-nosing goober” if Romney’s views on abortion –  another red meat – have ‘evolved’ ?  And Democrats ignore the fact that Romney explained his ‘evolved’ position on abortion long ago when he actually had to make an executive decision on abortion as governor of Massachusetts.  Democrats ignore that it has been Republicans throughout American history fighting and voting for the civil rights of women, blacks, and Native Americans.  Democrats ignore the fact that the founder of Planned Parenthood was herself against abortion, and her organization was hijacked by abortionists after she died.  Democrats ignore the fact that millions of Americans – as a principled matter of conscience – do not want to be forced to pay for the killing of an innocent, viable child, and that society (as the founder of Planned Parenthood also believed) should not use abortion as a method of birth control, but most of these same principled people agree that in certain circumstances abortion is a matter to be handled by the parents and their doctor.   What Democrats ignore will hurt you.

One of my Senators, Obama’s coach for the first debate, Senator John Kerry, (D-Mass.) told the U.S. Senate on 8/1/2012, ‘The situation facing the planet because of climate change is “as dangerous” as the possibility of war over Iran’s nuclear activities, delivering a monumental example of moral relativism in what Kerry’s office described as “a major address and current assessment of the global climate change challenge.”  Kerry acknowledged the success of tens of thousands of American scientists who question the notion of human-induced global warming.  He compared these skeptics to flat-earthers and decried what he called a “concerted assault on reason.”  Obama’s chief science advisor, John Holdren, and others in the administration derogatorily refer to skeptical scientists as deniers, linking them to holocaust deniers, and some have suggested that they be tracked down and treated.  The rouge regulations of Obama’s EPA, carbon taxes, high energy prices, UN taxes on financial transactions, transfer of sovereignty under UN Law of the Sea Treaty and UN Agenda 21 and multiple UN IPCC Climate Change treaties – all of which are aggressively promoted by Kerry, Obama, Gore, Clinton and their media propagandists – are heavily disputed, unethical at their core and designed to structure a class-based society, bitterly divided by wealth, whose citizens will once again become subjects to government, enslaved by taxes and regulations.  It is a giant reflection of our failure as a people, that America, whose reserves of hydrocarbon resources are the largest on the planet, first could elect an un-vetted  President who campaigned saying that energy prices will necessarily skyrocket under his policies, and even worse, then when he is elected and energy prices do in fact skyrocket, millions of Americans apparently will vote to re-elect him.  This is the wake up call of history, a great people have from their ranks freely elected dictators who have murdered millions from their ranks.

“Liberals seem to assume that, if you don’t believe in their particular political solutions, then you don’t really care about the people that they claim to want to help.” ~ Thomas Sowell.

Let me connect the dots to for you.  So-called liberals and so-called progressives claim and probably truly believe that Romney and Ryan don’t care about women dealing with unwanted pregnancy, despite the fact that both R & R have said repeatedly that there must be exceptions for things like rape, incest, and the mother’s health.  Those same so-called liberals and progressives ignore the fact that Obama, Boxer and a few others supported grotesque partial birth abortions and even murder of a live-born child after a failed abortion.  Today, thankfully, U.S. law prevents these immoral procedures, but if the Obama ‘transformation’ of America continues, we could all be participants in the murder of viable, innocent children, i.e. crimes against humanity, while at the same time setting free millions of violent rapists, pedophiles and murderers from overcrowded prisons.  Only a sick society would allow such an abomination.

Democrats just keep pounding the big lies, not realizing that that is the number 1 tool of tyrants.  Democrats and many RINO’s are fish in a pot of water, turning up the heat to their own destruction.  So-called liberals believe their principles are superior to those of others, and therefore others must compromise on their principles.  They are unable to tolerate the liberty that someone else has a principle that is equal to their own.  When so-called liberals don’t get their way, they pass laws and go to the courts to mandate/force their way on others.  But there is nothing whatsoever liberal or progressive about that, it is another well worn tool of tyranny.

“If you have been voting for politicians who promise to give you goodies at someone else’s expense, then you have no right to complain when they take your money and give it to someone else, including themselves.” ~ Thomas Sowell.

“It is amazing that people who think we cannot afford to pay for doctors, hospitals and medication somehow think that we can afford to pay for doctors, hospitals, medications and a government bureaucracy to administer it.” ~ Thomas Sowell.

“Much of the social history of the Western world, over the past three decades, has been a history of replacing what worked with what sounded good.” ~ Thomas Sowell

“If you have always believed that everyone should play by the same rules and be judged by the same standards, that would have gotten you labeled a radical 60 years ago, a liberal 30 years ago, and a racist today.” ~ Thomas Sowell.  I have found this to be true.

“I have never understood why it is “greed” to want to keep the money you’ve earned, but not greed to want to take somebody else’s money[by government mandate].” ~ Thomas Sowell

“Socialism in general has a record of failure so blatant that only an intellectual could ignore or evade it.” ~ Thomas Sowell

If you don’t realize that Obama and his ilk are “transforming” America into a national socialist state (i.e. fascist), then the rest of us must assume that you already lost.  The brownshirt banker elite don’t want a communist government, where the government owns all the property and is the centrally planned producer and employer.  That’s too much responsibility for them.  Nor do they want pure socialism, where the government owns the corporations.  Since the early 20th century, so-called liberals and the global banking elites have wanted fascism, where the government controls the corporations, but politicians are not held responsible in elections for failures.  The military industrial complex is a perfect example, and was called out as such by President Eisenhower.  Giant corporations build things and destroy things under contract to the government, and are mostly run in secret meetings with ‘dark’ programs and unknown budgets.  Expect no different from Obamacare.  Obamacare (ACA) is the Healthcare Industrial Complex, written by big-insurance, big-legal, big-pharma, big-lobby, and big-hospital corporations.  It is 3000 pages and growing, still incomplete, of hundreds of poorly or undefined new agencies and boards, some of which, e.g. IPAB, have no possibility oversight by Congress or the President.

Adolph Hitler used tactics similar to Obama’s to push through a universal healthcare bill, “The National Law for Removing the Distress of the People” bill, also known as “The Enabling Act” which granted Hitler’s Cabinet the authority to enact laws without the participation of the Reichstag [German legislature].   Does this sound at all familiar?   http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Enabling_Act_of_1933

For a glimpse at what Obama’s “transformed” Amerikan future looks like, please read both The Trial and Amerika by Franz Kafka.

Socialist or Fascist?

“Back in the 1920s, however, when fascism was a new political development, it was widely — and correctly — regarded as being on the political left. Jonah Goldberg’s great book “Liberal Fascism” cites overwhelming evidence of the fascists’ consistent pursuit of the goals of the left, and of the left’s embrace of the fascists as one of their own during the 1920s.”

“Mussolini, the originator of fascism, was lionized by the left, both in Europe and in America, during the 1920s. Even Hitler, who adopted fascist ideas in the 1920s, was seen by some, including W.E.B. Du Bois, as a man of the left.”

“It was in the 1930s, when ugly internal and international actions by Hitler and Mussolini repelled the world, that the left distanced themselves from fascism and its Nazi offshoot — and verbally transferred these totalitarian dictatorships to the right, saddling their opponents with these pariahs.”

“What socialism, fascism and other ideologies of the left have in common is an assumption that some very wise people — like themselves — need to take decisions out of the hands of lesser people, like the rest of us, and impose those decisions by government fiat.”

“The left’s vision is not only a vision of the world, but also a vision of themselves, as superior beings pursuing superior ends. In the United States, however, this vision conflicts with a Constitution that begins, “We the People…”

By controlling the minds of youth, persuading the people of the country to support his cause through the use of propaganda, anti-Jew, Hitler gained control of German society and industry.  Allied with him were the Islamic tyrannies.

Edward Behrendt, of the Hitler Youth: “If you can capture the minds of young children and persuade them to become dedicated to your cause, your theory of the truth and your theory of what is right and wrong, then you can hold the whole country captive and you have complete control.”

Reblogging: Throwing Money at Climate Lies, by Alan Caruba

Throwing Money at Climate Lies

By Alan Caruba

Most of us get our weather news from the local television news as someone points to various maps with high and low pressure areas, pictures of clouds, sun, rain or snow. Predicting the next day’s weather is close to the outer limits and four days out is subject to change because, as one noted meteorologist once told me, “Weather is a definition of chaos.”

The weather changes rapidly; the temperature can go from a hot day to a cool night. Change is constant and only predictable over very brief time frames. There are, of course, the seasons in which one can anticipate broad changes as the Earth circumnavigates the Sun. Climatologists study trends that involve centuries such as the mini-ice age that gripped the northern hemisphere from around 1300 to 1850.

Some climatologists are predicting another ice age and they would be right because the interval between ice ages is about 11,500 years and the Earth is at the end of such an interval. It will arrive very swiftly and hang around for thousands of years.

One of the fun and interesting blogs to visit is Real Science. Its editor, Steven Goddard, recently posted the following facts regarding this year’s weather.

Quietest tornado summer on record.
Quietest hurricane summer on record.
Quietest long term hurricane period since the Civil War.
No global warming for 16 years.
No change in sea level rise rates.
Record cold in the Midwest.
Average fire season.
A cyclical drought affecting portions of the country.

Another post noted that “In a few months, we will reach the critical point when there has been no global warming for more than half of the satellite temperatures record—which extends back to 1978.” Goddard noted that “In a few weeks we will reach the point where there have been no major hurricane strikes on the U.S. in seven years, the longest such period since the Civil War.” Hurricane Katrina occurred in 2005.

“Alarmist scientists will continue to lie about CO2,” said Goddard, “because they have no useful job skills and would likely end up in a homeless shelter if the global warming research money quits flowing.”

I suspect that most Americans are unaware of how their taxes are being spent on something that all the money on Earth cannot change in any fashion.

In May 2012, the Daily Caller posted an article noting that “The Congressional Record estimates that since 2008 the federal government has spent nearly $70 billion on ‘climate change activities.’” From fiscal 2008 through 2012, “the federal government spent $68.4 billion to combat climate change. The Department of Defense also spent $4 billion of its budget, the report adds, on climate change and energy efficiency activities in that same time period.”

With annual deficits of $1 trillion and growing debt of $16 trillion, it is little wonder that there are those in Congress who want to impose a tax on carbon dioxide emissions, the alleged and totally false “cause” of a global warming. Never mind that there is no global warming, such a tax, according to the Congressional Research Service would generate enough money, if enacted and increasing annually, to cover those deficits. The tax would be based on totally bogus “science.”

In June, the greatest collection of climate charlatans in the world got together at the twentieth Conference on Sustainable Development held in Rio de Janeiro. The first conference was held in 1992, the U.N. Conference on Environment and Development. The 1998 “Climategate” exposed of the way scientists working with the U.N. had rigged the data intended to support global warming. Now the scam is all about sustainability.

The most recent U.N. conference trotted out the usual scare campaigns, claiming that the Earth’s environmental systems are nearly at “their biophysical limits” and thus portending irreversible and possibly cataclysmic world changes. You could go through their list of changes and refute every one of them. The amount of Antarctic sea ice has just set new records which, if the Earth was warming, would be impossible..

The conference produced a 550-page report that had taken three years and involved 600 “experts” and it all added up to putting most of the Earth and its resources off-limits to its seven billion human inhabitants.

The Conference wanted the U.S. to cough up $100 billion for an annual “climate fund.”

Environmentalists hate “population growth” and are forever wailing about “unsustainable consumption” while the news continues to be filled with reports of new discoveries of oil and natural gas, and the Earth is managing to feed more humans that have ever lived on it at the same time.

There are more than 700 international agreements designed to address specific aspects of the alleged environmental decline, along with agreements on alleviating poverty and malnutrition as Millennium Development Goals. Despite this, the charlatans keep insisting that things are getting worse and more treaties are needed.

The conclusion of the United Nations Environmental Program was that the only way to prevent “unsustainable consumption” is to reverse Western capitalism. If this sounds like something a communist and/or an Islamist would suggest, you’d be right.

This is the same United Nations that has had no success regarding its fundamental goal of preventing wars and whose recent General Assembly meeting listened politely while Iran’s president, Mamoud Ahmadinejad predicted the end of the world. Thus far, it has done nothing to stop Iran’s progress toward making its own nuclear weapons.

The lies about the environment, the weather, and climate will continue so long as the money continues to flow to a national and international cabal of liars.

For those miserable people who have lost “the good of intellect.”

This country is in deep trouble because our people are in deep trouble.  The economy is only an indicator.  The situation is depressing and discouraging.  Some of my best friends and some family members are ignoring and criticizing the charity of a man who has donated more to charity in each and every year for the last 20 years than the total lifetime donations by all of my friends and family combined.  One friend foolishly called his charity to the homeless 20 years ago “window dressing.” Some ignore his 10% donations to his church as if they don’t matter, but who among them donates 10% of their income to anything charitable?  They have allowed the windows to their minds to be decorated with nonsense.

We have the opportunity to elect as President the most generous man ever to be a serious candidate for President.  He donated his inheritance from his father to a university.  He served as Governor of Massachusetts 4 years without pay.  Accepting a request to help turn around a failing and corrupt Olympics, he accepted no salary for 3 years while serving as CEO, and during that period donated a million dollars to the Olympics, and then he accepted pay only after the successful Olympics turned a $100 million profit. He has a strong relationship with his wife and they have raised a large family together.  He has been a bishop of his church for more than a decade and a missionary. He made his fortune by his work and smarts, growing a one store operation to 2000+ stores and 90,000 employees, and then replicating that formula in other businesses.

There is no moral equivalence between one man who amassed a private fortune by building a business which employs tens of thousands of tax paying citizens …and then he donates 10% to 15% per year of his personal income amounting to millions of dollars per year … when compared to another man who is promoted and paid in the public sector by the taxes of citizens, and who earns his fortune by his celebrity and the distribution of the wealth and property of others.  But my friends and family who ignore or criticize Mitt Romney, they voted for John Kerry, who inherited and married his wealth, and Barack Obama, neither of whom have ever worked in the productive private sector of the economy much less run businesses which employed tens of thousands of people which in turn enabled their families to have homes, meals, educations and to pay taxes.

One man is morally superior to the other.

The country is in a moral and economic crisis because a large number of people who should know better are no longer willing or able to independently exercise their intellect to be able judge the character of men.  They allow the media and pundits to dress the windows of their minds, to position alternatives, and they are persuaded by charisma without thinking through consequences.  While one man understands and has been very successful in the private economy without whose funding the government could not survive, the other man is a lawyer with no experience in the private economy, who is highly skilled at dividing communities, and understands how to transform the Constitution and America to his anti-colonial ideology.  While one man donated a fortune to his church and charities, the other man and his wife sat for two decades in a church where the pastor damned America.  While one man humbly appreciates his and America’s successes, the other man apologizes for America’s failures but never his own.  This should be an easy decision, if you get out of line for the new iPhone and turn off the TV in your mind.

The ability to make judgments is a highly conserved survival skill. This should be an easy election decision.  But, the ability to make good judgments has been severely degraded in America…perhaps irretrievably.  But we have a chance to elect a moral man who has been successful at turning things around.

Philosophy professor Ted Nordenhaug said:

A society that puts down thinking is not likely to have a bright future… It appears that millions of Americans do not find their minds a pleasant place, so they spend most of their time being out of them….A dumbed down society is not a pleasant place to live.

Here is a bedrock truth.  We can inform you, we can expose you to things you never heard of before, we can explain things, we can sometimes entertain you, we can often bore the hell out of you, we can set up good learning environments (or not), we can test you, we can grade you and credential you, and you can like us or hate us.  But however well or badly we do those things, there is one thing that we absolutely cannot do, even if we stand on our heads—and that is: educate you.  That is because the educational part of an education requires a personal investment from you that is not in the contract…it is a startling fact that, in contrast to getting a degree, getting an education in our society is virtually free.

Statistics show that the average American spends thirteen uninterrupted years watching television. The pollution that now spews forth from this medium in the guise of news and entertainment is turning even the wealthiest suburb into a Maquiladora of the mind.  As these electronic emanations seep into our souls, civility in public discourse declines, issues that require thought are reduced to ten second sound bites, violence and banality rule in programming, titillation and distraction reign in the news, the American attention span shrinks to that of a gnat, while ever present commercials bombard us again and again with a single proposition: happiness consists of having stuff and more stuff. These symptoms point to an underlying misery that is well captured by the following:

For we have reached the place of which I spoke,
where you will see the miserable people,
those who have lost the good of intellect….
Strange utterances, horrible pronouncements,
accents of anger, words of suffering,
and voices shrill and faint, and beating hands,
all went to make a tumult that will whirl
forever through that turbid, timeless air,
like sand that eddies when a whirlwind swirls.

Is there a better description of the Jerry Springer show? Never mind that it comes from the third Canto of Dante’s Inferno…

The particular section of hell Dante is describing is for those miserable people who have lost “the good of intellect.”

Obama’s Foreign Policy At Heart Of Recent Problems: Reblog

 SEPTEMBER 24, 2012 3:56 PM

Not too long after Navy Seals filled Osama bin Laden with lead, Pakistan identified, captured and tossed a key U.S. intelligence source into the slammer for some 30 years. Outraged that an intelligence source to America was outed and being mistreated, the Republican party, select Democrats and most of the U. S. citizenry made it known the government should do something. The Obama administration, perhaps responsible for the agent’s identity being exposed, did nothing. As best anybody knows, the agent, a doctor, still sits in a cement cell.

Now, a member of the Pakistan government, the same government that tossed the good doctor in jail, has issued a $100,000 reward for the killing of Nakoula Basseley Nakoula, the producer of the amateurish film supposedly at the heart of the recent anti-American demonstrations. Further, Pakistan Railways Minister Ghulam Ahmad Bilour (pictured), who issued the reward, will pay for the assassination with his own money because he deems it a “noble cause.”

Is the Railway Minister sinister? Clearly. Is he a raving lunatic?  Perhaps.

It is true that film-maker Nakoula is no saint and his dirty past will slowly come to light. But Nakoula’s past is irrelevant. Also irrelevant is the sinister Minister’s  beliefs, state of mind and motivations. Encouraging murder is illegal. Bilour, as a government official, has actually issued a bounty on an American. This is — and always must be — completely unacceptable.

Will Obama stop campaigning long enough to repudiate this? Will he stand tall and tell the world with conviction that enough is enough, that America believes in free speech and that he, as President of the United States, is prepared to defend that principle? In short, will he do his job?

Sadly, his record says he won’t. He has yet to talk tough at the microphone even when an ambassador and others were killed and American assets were being burned. Rather, Obama decided to play the good little progressive and condemned the video. There was no speech or statement directed at the protestors or the radical attackers telling them to stop or else. No line in the sand. He will set a deadline to withdraw troops and announce it to the world but this pathetic president won’t publicly draw a line in the sand against those attacking America. His behavior is disgraceful.

As a candidate, Obama told the nation that upon his election relations between America and Islam would change for the better. The “be our friend” approach he adopted, symbolized by his “apology tour” is, sadly, one of many of Obama’s skewed personal perspectives and a sad example of the flawed liberal-progressive political philosophy.

The reality is, since his election relations with Islam have not improved. A poll released a couple of weeks back by PewGlobal.com  support this fact. So do the multi-country demonstrations highlighted by the Libya consulate terror attack that ended with four killed. And a fair assessment of Obama’s outlook must also include the FortHood tragedy — regardless of the ridiculous government label of “workplace violence” — that culminated in 13 people killed and 29 others wounded at a military base on U.S. soil. Finally, toss in all the less publicized bombings as well as the attacks that were stopped by intelligence agencies.

The evidence is clear that labeling terror attacks as “not terror attacks” has not stopped terror attacks. Nor has Obama’s apologies for America’s supposed bad behavior. Nor has the outrageous and extremely dangerous Obama practice of granting Muslim Brotherhood members access to government departments and personnel.

Obama’s domestic policies have crippled America here at home. Outside our borders, the adolescent and faulty liberal-progressive foreign policy of “we can all be friends” has culminated in the middle east set a blaze, attacks on American diplomats and destruction of American property. Iran is close to obtaining nukes and the entire world — particularly Israel — is waiting for Obama to do something about it. And now a member of a foreign government has issued a call to assassinate an American citizen.

The Left will argue that Obama works the phone and that we don’t know what he has been communicating behind the scenes. This point may — or may not — be true. What is true is that not making public statements is amateurish governing. Americans and the world need to know where Obama stands. Will he protect free speech? Will he protect American embassies? Public proclamations are an integral part of governing. Not all protesters are highly motivated soldiers. Most are common folk capitalizing on opportunity to be destructive. Warnings conveyed with conviction can stop some of these bad behaviors or alter illicit plans. Everyone knows a burglar, to avoid a bite, will skip a home with a barking dog.

So, enough with the apologies. They have not worked. It is time Obama, Hillary Clinton and our government did some barking — and if necessary — some biting.

Weakness is provocative, Mr. President.

Senator Rand Paul is acting like a U.S. President should act. Paul’s bill, S. 3576, would end foreign aid to three Arabic countries unless Pakistan releases Dr. Shakil Afridi, a medical doctor who helped the CIA locate Osama bin Laden. While Obama takes credit for killing Osama, Dr. Afridi is in jail in Pakistan. Paul’s bill also calls on Egyptian and Libyan officials release to U.S. authorities the Islamists who attacked the U.S. embassy in Cairo and the U.S. consulate in Benghazi. Why isn’t Obama doing this?

Instead, President Obama and Secretary Clinton are spending millions of taxpayer dollars to run TV ads in every market in Pakistan to APOLOGIZE for the trailer for a satirical movie about Muhammad. Further, President Obama is considering the demand of Egypt’s new President Morsi to release the Blind Sheik, who is in federal prison for masterminding the 1993 bombing of the World Trade Center in New York.

The “Blind Sheik” is Sheik Omar Abdel-Rahman. Osama bin Laden used the Blind Sheik’s fatwa against America as justification for the attacks on 9-11. Morsi’s first official speech contained a promise to fight for the Blind Sheik’s release. Morsi is U.S. educated. Both Morsi and Rahman are Muslim Brothers. The Brotherhood was founded in Egypt in 1928 … 20 years before Israel became a nation… before the so-called occupation of Palestine by Israel. The ‘occupation’ is another Islamist canard, just like the movie, a cover for radical behavior.

“…the President’s indefensible scapegoating of the film and filmmaker to draw attention and blame away from U.S. security failures apparently knows no bounds.”

According to National Security Council spokesman Tommy Vietor, next week, Obama will denounce the film in a speech before the United Nations General Assembly: “As he has in recent days, the President will make it clear that we reject the views in this video, while also underscoring that violence is never acceptable.”

Recently, Obama used a drone to kill Al Qaeda’s #2 guy. He was a Libyan. Common sense would tell an American President and Secretary of State to protect American embassies, businesses and people in the region after killing Al Qaeda’s top people.

As Lou Dobbs said, what is required from President Obama is an apology to the American people.

WEAKNESS IS PROVOCATIVE.

We are being set up for more terrorist acts against America and war. Obama wants more attacks on Americans. Submission to Islam comes from terror. Allah, the god of Islam is a god of wrath. The word Islam itself means submission.

A Muslim Brotherhood document recovered from an FBI raid explains the Muslim Brotherhood’s mission for North America:

4- Understanding the role of the Muslim Brother in North America:

The process of settlement is a “Civilization-Jihadist Process” with all the word means. The Ikhwan [Brothers] must understand that their work in America is a kind of grand Jihad in eliminating and destroying the Western civilization from within and “sabotaging” its miserable house by their hands and the hands of the believers so that it is eliminated and God’s religion is made victorious over all other religions. Without this level of understanding, we are not up to this challenge and have not prepared ourselves for Jihad yet. It is a Muslim’s destiny to perform Jihad and work wherever he is and wherever he lands until the final hour comes, and there is no escape from that destiny except for those who chose to slack. But, would the slackers and the Mujahedeen be equal.

The document contains a list of Muslim Brotherhood front groups in America as of 1991, when it was recovered by an FBI raid. Missing from this list is the most important Muslim organization in the world, The Muslim World League. It is the organization that funds all the rest of them. One of the richest organizations in the world, it is an arm of the Saudi government. It funds and owns all of the Mosques in America and determines the imams who preach there. The overall number of mosques in America quietly rose from 1,209 in 2000 to 2,106 in 201074% growth.

The Obama administration appointed two Muslim Brothers as high level, security cleared, directors of Homeland Security. Hillary Clinton’s deputy assistant secretary of state – also security cleared – is the daughter of a Muslim Brother.

President Morsi believes he is in a position to dictate to America, despite the fact that his country is heavily in debt to America.  Bill Clinton is hosting Mr. Morsi in New York.

Morsi: U.S. Should Show Respect for Arab Values, Today, 3:22 AM

Egypts President: If Washington asks Egypt to honor its treaty with Israel, it should live up to its commitment to Palestinian self-rule.

On the eve of his first trip to the United States as Egypt”s new Islamist president, Mohammed Morsi said the United States needed to fundamentally change its approach to the Arab world, showing greater respect for its values and helping build a Palestinian state, if it hoped to overcome decades of pent-up anger.

In a 90-minute interview with The New York Times on Saturday, Morsi said it was up to Washington to repair relations with the Arab world and to revitalize the alliance with Egypt, long a cornerstone of regional stability.

If Washington is asking Egypt to honor its treaty with Israel, he said, Washington should also live up to its own Camp David commitment to Palestinian self-rule. He said the United States must respect the Arab world’s history and culture, even when that conflicts with Western values.

Morsi dismissed criticism from the White House that he did not move fast enough to condemn protesters who recently climbed over the United States Embassy wall in Cairo and burned the American flag in anger over a video that mocked the prophet Mohammed.

“We took our time” in responding to avoid an explosive backlash, he said, but then dealt “decisively” with the small, violent element among the demonstrators.

“We can never condone this kind of violence, but we need to deal with the situation wisely,” he said, noting that the embassy employees were never in danger.
Morsi, who will travel to New York on Sunday for a meeting of the United Nations General Assembly, told The New York Times that the United States should not expect Egypt to live by its rules.

“If you want to judge the performance of the Egyptian people by the standards of German or Chinese or American culture, then there is no room for judgment,” he said.

“When the Egyptians decide something, probably it is not appropriate for the U.S. When the Americans decide something, this, of course, is not appropriate for Egypt.”
He suggested that Egypt would not be hostile to the West, but would not be as compliant as former President Hosni Mubarak was either.

“Successive American administrations essentially purchased with American taxpayer money the dislike, if not the hatred, of the peoples of the region,” he said, by backing dictatorial governments over popular opposition and supporting Israel over Palestinian Authority Arabs.

When asked if he considered the United States an ally in the wake of recent comments by President Barack Obama who said he did not consider Egypt an ally but did not consider it an enemy,. Morsi answered in English, “That depends on your definition of ally.”

He said he envisioned the two nations as “real friends.”

Morsi praised Obama for moving “decisively and quickly” to support the Arab Spring revolutions, and he said he believed that Americans supported “the right of the people of the region to enjoy the same freedoms that Americans have.”

Arabs and Americans have “a shared objective, each to live free in their own land, according to their customs and values, in a fair and democratic fashion,” he said, adding that he hoped for “a harmonious, peaceful coexistence.”

At the same, he also argued that Americans “have a special responsibility” for PA Arabs because the United States had signed the 1978 Camp David accord which called for the withdrawal of Israeli troops from Judea and Samaria and Gaza to make way for full Palestinian self-rule.

“As long as peace and justice are not fulfilled for the Palestinians, then the treaty remains unfulfilled,” he said.

Morsi made no apologies for his roots in the Muslim Brotherhood, saying, “I grew up with the Muslim Brotherhood. I learned my principles in the Muslim Brotherhood. I learned how to love my country with the Muslim Brotherhood. I learned politics with the Brotherhood. I was a leader of the Muslim Brotherhood.”

He left the group when he took office but remains a member of its political party. But he said he sees “absolutely no conflict” between his loyalty to the Brotherhood and his vows to govern on behalf of all, including members of the Christian minority or those with more secular views.

“I prove my independence by taking the correct acts for my country,” he said. “If I see something good from the Muslim Brotherhood, I will take it. If I see something better in the Wafd” &mdash Egypt”s oldest liberal party &mdash “I will take it.”

He repeatedly vowed to uphold equal citizenship rights of all Egyptians, regardless of religion, sex or class, while standing by the religious arguments he once made as a Brotherhood leader that neither a woman nor a Christian would be a suitable president.

Stories You Won’t Hear About Global Warming: re-blog

Written on Thursday, September 20, 2012 by

Among the many lies told by the Left, one of the biggest is the myth of man-made global warming.

You may have heard recently that the Arctic ice cap is melting more than at any time in the past 30 years, or that man-made global warming is causing an increase in “extreme” weather.

What you aren’t likely to hear is that the Antarctic ice cap is thicker than at any time in decades and continues to grow.

In fact, as of Sept. 12, the South Pole has the most ice ever recorded since satellites began measuring the ice cap 33 years ago, yet news outlets like NPR are still running articles about how an ice sheet the “size of Rhode Island” broke off an Antarctic peninsula 10 years ago as proof of global warming.

The mainstream media are all over the story about the shrinking north polar ice cap, predicting all sorts of mayhem if it disappears. The north pole, however, is essentially a giant ice cube floating in the water. When it melts, there is no discernible difference in sea levels due to water displacement.

Among the disasters predicted by the warming alarmists is an increase in “extreme” weather, by which they mean tornadoes, hurricanes, floods and anything else that makes a good picture on the news.

But the statistics show the opposite of what the alarmists hope for. According to data from the National Hurricane Center, over the past 100 years, there have been 70 major hurricanes, for an average of seven per decade.

Breaking that down, during the past 50 years, there have been an average 5.6 hurricanes per decade. During the previous 50 years, before industrialization really took over and caused all that global warming, the U.S. experienced an average of 8.4 major hurricanes per decade. So the number of major hurricanes has actually decreased.

But what about those polar bears, the furry poster children of the global warming mythos? Aren’t they all going to drown?

They never were in danger of drowning to begin with. The whole “drowning polar bears” canard began because two polar bears happened to be caught at sea during a storm and were found washed up on shore, not because of a lack of ice.

Polar bears are such proficient swimmers that they are actually classed as marine mammals, and they have been known to swim hundreds of miles with ease. Prior to them being declared endangered, however, it was well known that polar bear populations were growing in various parts of the Arctic Circle. That didn’t stop the political disinformation campaign.

Global warming alarmism has never been about anything more than power over people and the opportunity for certain wealthy proponents to increase their fortunes through schemes such as carbon credits.

Still, with the mainstream media in full collusion mode, it’s no surprise that the public continues to buy into the global warming scam.

UN Agenda 21 means you lose, they win

The United Nations Agenda 21 Agreement was signed by President Bill Clinton in 1992 and 14 years later, people are still in the dark.  In 1976 President G.H.W. Bush signed the predecessor agreement after the UN conference in Rio. If you were to ask at random the question, “Have you heard of Agenda 21?” the answer would be an over-whelming “No,” although it is being implemented in every local community.

Agenda 21 is a 40 chapter document listing goals to be achieved globally. It is the global plan to change the way we “live, eat, learn and communicate” because we must “save the earth.”

“Its regulation would severely limit water, electricity, and transportation – even deny human access to our most treasured wilderness areas, it would monitor all lands and people. No one would be free from the watchful eye of the new global tracking and information system,” according to Berit Kjos, author of Brave New Schools.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Agenda_21

What you should know is that UN Agenda 21 has already been adopted in the U.S. and worldwide. This treaty was done without ratification by the U.S. Senate. It is subtext at city council, city, state and national planning and community meetings.  You can read about all about it on the UN website. But, to understand it, you need a translator, intense skepticism and cynicism or the ability to read between the lines of coded words.

http://www.un.org/esa/agenda21/natlinfo/countr/usa/natur.htm

Communities, fisheries, industries, resources, governance, police, environment, money, population control, property control, a tax on all financial transactions to permanently funds the UN (or its successor), and global taxation and regulation of carbon dioxide (i.e. your breath and energy), all planned at the global level – that’s Agenda 21. Its basis is communitarianism. By now, most Americans have heard of sustainable development but are largely unaware that it is a code word for Agenda 21.

Agenda 21 calls for governments to take control of all land use and offshore resources and not leave any of the decision making in the hands of private citizens or property owners. It is assumed that people are not good stewards of their land and environment and the government will do a better job if they are in control. Individual rights in general are to give way to the needs of communities as determined by the governing body. Moreover, people should be incented to move off their suburban land and packed into human settlements, or islands of human habitation, close to employment centers and transportation. Another program, called the Wildlands Project spells out how most of the land is to be set aside for non-humans.

U.N. Agenda 21 cites the affluence of Americans as being a major problem which needs to be corrected. It calls for lowering the standard of living for Americans so that the people in poorer countries will have more, a redistribution of wealth. Although people around the world aspire to achieve the levels of prosperity we have in our country, and will risk their lives to get here, Americans are cast in a very negative light and need to be taken down to a condition closer to average in the world. Only then, they say, will there be social justice which is a cornerstone of the U.N. Agenda 21 plan.

Agenda 21 dovetails with the UN Law of the Sea Treaty, the UN Millennium Program, and the UN Kyoto Treaty on climate change.

I went to a meeting with the fishermen and their wives in Gloucester, MA. The catch in Gloucester is about 90 million pounds per year, down 50%.  Next year they will only be allowed 10%-20% of their 2012 catch (varies by fish species.) Most of Gloucester’s fishing industry will be gone, replaced by giant corporate fishing factory ships offshore run by Walmart, Cosco, Whole Foods and their international equivalents. It’s already happening.  Whole Foods and Gortons no longer buy seafood from Gloucester’s fishermen.  You will get processed and frozen fish instead of fresh fish.

Imagine the cost to all small fishing boats.  They are now required to take an official government minder aboard every morning they go out to sea, who verifies the weight, size species of each catch.  Meanwhile, a multimillion dollar NOAA research ship speeds by staffed by PhD’s and their computers attempting to sample and count fish on the fishing banks, but they can’t find the fish.  But the local fishermen are bringing in by millions of pounds of fish.  The PhD’s report the fishing banks are being depleted without asking the fishermen or looking at the catch reports of the government-required minders.  NOAA reduces the allowed catch for the fishermen, which wipes them out of business.  Twelve miles offshore sits a fleet of factory ships which will be paying a fee to the UN office in Jamaica.  Your Senators and Representatives tell the fishermen and their wives that they cannot stop, they have hit a brick wall.

Study Agenda 21 carefully.  It is a plan to strip you of sovereignty, liberty and wealth…unless you happen to be one of the protected global elites.  The sole piece of legislation authored by Senator Barack Obama supported the UN’s program, the lofty sounding Millennium Program, to transfer wealth to third world countries.

Obama’s U-Turn: UN Climate Talks Going Nowhere

Editor's avatarJunkScience.com

After one week of UN climate talks in Thailand, not a single country has made a fresh commitment, and US negotiators stunned delegates by calling for any new treaty to be ‘flexible’ and ‘dynamic’ rather than legally binding, representing a complete U-turn on its previous position.

Why not Ron Paul for President?

Ron Paul was unelectable from the get go in this and the last election.  So far, I have never found an electable Libertarian.  I voted for Paul in the primary.  But the problem is not Paul’s, in my opinion.

The problem is that “we the people” have been conditioned to expect our politicians to lead us.  We elect charismatic orators.  But it is ideas that built this nation and ideas should lead us forward.  The people are supposed to run this country.  The words “lead” and “leader” do not appear in the Constitution.  The President’s job is to execute the Office of President of the United States, and to the best of his ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.   President Obama and Democrats want to change the Constitution, not preserve, protect and defend it.  The conditioning has gone on so long now that our politicians believe they are our leaders, and they believe they are supposed to be leaders.  But they are supposed to be preservers, protectors and defenders.

Our political process has been warped into a process where a politician is someone who can identify a constituency and speak to that constituency with oratory and rhetoric that rev up that constituency.  Honesty, truth, integrity, character are gone.   It has become an incredibly selfish, narcissistic process.  We and Romney should NOT be asking “are you better off now than you were 4 years ago.”  The correct question is: is the country better off now than it was 4 years ago?  As JFK said, “And so, my fellow Americans: ask not what your country can do for you—ask what you can do for your country.”

A populist leader is a dangerous thing for a democracy.  That is how dictators get elected.  The founders of this country knew that.  They had studied their history.  Thus they established checks and balances and separations of powers, which power hungry populist politicians have progressively weakened.  We should be electing executives and legislators, not charismatic orators and power hungry, greedy career politicians.

Did you read the small book from the 1950’s by Eric Hoffer titled, “The True Believer.”  If you haven’t, it will be enlightening.

The populist leader shifts positions based on polls and surveys of his constituents.  And so we see Romney and Obama evolving…and believing they are leaders.  Instead of Bain Capital being about Romney and the successes of a rich man, he should turn that around and explain how Bain Capital’s activities were good for the country.

Ron Paul is not in the mold of the populist leader.  He is a principled citizen, a politician come lately … as were John Adams, Thomas Jefferson and so forth.  They didn’t study and identify constituencies.  They studied and identified ideas.

I was very concerned about Paul’s apparently isolationist foreign policy positions in the runnup to the 2004 election.  But my friend and colleague Doug Forsyth, a career PR professional, clued me in on Paul.  Paul does not communicate in the sound bytes that the media, and now, the public expects.  His position on Manning and 9/11 are examples of that.  You have to read his entire position on a particular subject.  Even when asked, Paul does not and apparently cannot explain himself in the sound byte oratorical style that we and the media have come to expect.  Paul’s principles are based in the Constitution, peace through strength and maintaining a strong defense.  We have over-extended our power and outlasted our welcome for many decades by building overseas military bases.  The U.S. is acting like an empire.  Imagine having drones overhead and knowing that those drones are carrying missiles and bombs, and someone thousands of miles away has their finger on the trigger.  It’s straight out of Orwell’s book “1984″…constant wars…we are there.  We built that!

Thirty thousand, 30,000! unmanned drones are scheduled to be flying in the U.S. skies soon…looking at you.  We won’t find out if they are armed until one crashes.  Americans can now be held (as a result of the 2011 and 2012 NDAA passed by Congress and signed by Obama) by the U.S. military for an indefinite period without trial, or legal due course, for the SUSPICION of association with terrorist activity.  A federal judge has placed an injunction to prevent that clause in NDAA from being implemented.  But our current President is already defying another federal court order regarding off-shore oil leases and is protecting his Attorney General who has been charged with contempt of Congress- for the first time ever.  The President can order us killed by drone without trial, as has happened to at least one American so far.  Be careful which web sites you visit.  It’s not just a problem with Obama.  Congressman Allen West of Florida signed it and supports it; he is as anti-Obama as one finds.  As President Bill Clinton said after impeachment about his perjury in the Monica Lewinsky, “I did it because I could.”

There is no question that radical Islam is out to conquer the world for Allah.  That has not changed since Muhammad’s Muslim forces from Medina invaded Mecca in 630 AD.  That was the second battle between Medina and Mecca within two years after signing a 10 year truce between them.  Leave them alone and they will fight forever among themselves.  Meanwhile, we retreat, circle the wagons, maintain secrecy (profile and expel radical  Muslims), build a strong defense, and build the capability and the undoubted will to strike back with force that would set the attacker back at least a generation.  Our country today is unable to tolerate the common sense task of profiling Muslims, and therefore peaceful Muslims don’t trust that we would protect them if they stood up against their radical brothers.  And they are absolutely right about that.

Our military in Afghanistan is not even allowed by their senior officers to profile their supposedly friendly Afghan military trainees for fear of offending them.  We paint our Medivac copters and vehicles differently, clearly mark them with Red Crosses, and send them out unarmed to rescue our wounded.  Taliban and Al Qaida shoot them down.  There is major dissension in our own ranks between military stationed in the field and their superior officers and politicians, and that is just starting to come out.  We are on a fool’s errand, led by a bunch of arrogant fools.  We are in grave danger.
