Kevin McKernan provided the following technical note which explains, the SV40 promoter, which is used to make the mRNA in the covid vaccine and is a DNA contaminant in the mRNA vaccines. SV40 promoter is DNA sequence which binds to a key part of the immune system, the p53 tumor suppressor gene in human cell nuclei. The SV40 promoter, derived from the Simian Virus 40 (SV40), is DNA is commonly used in genetic engineering to enhance gene expression in various host cells. The promoter DNA sequence starts the rapid RNA transcription. McKernan’s work, confirmed by other labs using other techniques, revealed that DNA was in the vaccines, but not allowed to be there. DNA can enter cell nuclei and possibly be incorporated into the human’s genome. A lipid nanoparticle protective packaging surrounds the mRNA vaccine to protect it from being destroyed in the blood or cell. The lipid nanoparticle would also protect the DNA contaminate. Proponents of mRNA vaccines claimed that it could not enter the nucleus so there was no risk of cancer or genetic damage.
I am enjoying the entire Mahler symphony cycle by the Pittsburg Symphony orchestra. I became somewhat familiar with this orchestra as well as that of Cleveland back in the early 1970’s when my work colleague was a violinist in both.
We were psychotherapist colleagues employed in the same clinical psychiatric hospital. I believe he was a Jewish fellow, Goldman, but this never came up for discussion between us. We were more or less the same age. He visited my middle Georgia shared cabin surrounded by the Piedmont National Forest (north of Macon, GA) one long weekend. It was my place to stay in the woods, thanks to my college friend, Bob. Goldman brought along a box of album music, and lots of discussion about the production of these major pieces in the two orchestras. In the deep silence of the mid Georgia pine forests, this music was glorious. It was as if Goldman himself was conducting the orchestra.
We were listening to this on my JB Lansing speakers in cabinets I built, and stereo electronics I built from monoaural, analog circuits. But, frankly, my turntable there was terrible compared to what I know about turntables today and I own today. Nevertheless, we both enjoyed it. A memorable experience for sure.
Worthy of mention, these senior black gentlemen in their Sunday go-to-church suits enjoyed it also. As it happened, Beethoven’s 9th was playing on my speakers on Snday afternoon when these gentlemen came to sit on concrete blocks around the cow pond on the property and cast their fishing lines from cane poles into the cow pond about 50 yards downhill from our cabin. They would catch black bass from time to time and become excited, food for their table. Imagine guys dancing round in black pants with starched white shirts around a mud pond. But they became much more excited by the loud 9th symphony playing from our nearby cabin…literally dancing around the mud cow pond…celebrating the choral music, no fish. My JB Lansing speakers were 12 inch diameter, they could hear it. These gentlemen could hear the music loud and clear.
The 435 acre farm my friend Bob and I rented was owned by a black man in New York City. Mr. Dewitt Hawes inherited this farm from generations of his ancestors since the Civil War. It is grandfathered to him and at that time (early 1970s) was the only private property within the huge Piedmont National Forest. Bob and I rented the farm for $35 per month with the obligation to feed the horse and slop the pigs.
So, Goldman and I in the woods listened to the Beethoven cycle, the Mahler cycle, the Tchaikovsky cycle, part of Wagner’s Ring, with a few interesting introductions in the timeline. So, for example, the Moonlight serenade was included in the Beethoven cycle with explanations from Goldman.
There were several large parties in these woods attended by lots people and artists whose names you might recognize. The sixties and seventies were memorable with regard to these music festivals.
As I write this, I am listening to Mahler’s 6th by Pittsburg on Pandora. I wish I had the recording.
Until now, I have not heard another recording from this Pittsburgh orchestra. I recommend it. The orchestral balance is excellent.

Pick a disease. Almost all disease statistics are worse now than before the so-called vax shots began. The well known statistic “deaths due to all causes” is higher now than the 5 year running average. Immunity has been reduced.

Abstract: Due to the health emergency created by SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes the COVID-19 disease, the rapid implementation of a new vaccine technology was necessary. mRNA vaccines, being one of the cutting-edge new technologies, attracted significant interest and offered a lot of hope. The potential of these vaccines in preventing admission to hospitals and serious illness in people with comorbidities has recently been called into question due to the vaccines’ rapidly waning immunity. Mounting evidence indicates that these vaccines, like many others, do not generate sterilizing immunity, leaving people vulnerable to recurrent infections. Additionally, it has been discovered that the mRNA vaccines inhibit essential immunological pathways, thus impairing early interferon signaling. Within the framework of COVID-19 vaccination, this inhibition ensures an appropriate spike protein synthesis and a reduced immune activation. Evidence is provided that adding 100 % of N1-methyl-pseudouridine (m1Ψ) to the mRNA vaccine in a melanoma model stimulated cancer growth and metastasis, while non-modified mRNA vaccines induced opposite results, thus suggesting that COVID-19 mRNA vaccines could aid cancer development. Based on this compelling evidence, we suggest that future clinical trials for cancers or infectious diseases should not use mRNA vaccines with a 100 % m1Ψ modification, but rather ones with the lower percentage of m1Ψ modification to avoid immune suppression. Exculpatory evidence can be demonstrated live or by video to justices, judges or juries. A measured amount of CO2 gas (e.g., equal to the current ~ 420 ppm in air) is added to normal air containing measured ~420 ppm CO2 in a sealed headspace above a container of seawater.
420 ppm is approximately the global average net atmospheric CO2 concentration, based on the U.S. National Oceanographic and Atmospheric Administration’s (NOAA) Global Monitoring Laboratory at Mauna Loa, Hawaii.
All of that added 420 ppm CO2 will be absorbed leaving only the initially measured 420 ppm CO2 in the headspace after an hour or so. This is Henry’s Law, one of the gas laws of physics based on the ideal gas laws, proven by hundreds or thousands of experiments since the mid 1800s.
That exculpatory experiment or alternatively with 800 ppm or with 1600 ppm CO2 can be repeated several times with the same seawater and each time all of the added CO2 will be completely absorbed by the seawater leaving at equilibrium only the original 420 ppm remaining in the air headspace above the seawater. The number of repeated experiments possible at a fixed seawater temperature is dependent on the volume of seawater.
Henry’s Law is the ratio of a gas in a liquid relative to the same gas in air above the liquid, whether that is in ocean, soil, raindrops, bubbles, clouds, lungs, plant tissues, lakes, rivers, etc.
This experiment can be iterated by either reducing or increasing the temperature of the seawater. Reducing the seawater temperature will reduce the CO2 concentration in the headspace above the liquid. Increasing the temperature of the seawater will increase the concentration of CO2 in the headspace above the liquid. The law is the same whether it is ocean surface (about 70% of earths surface), or the tissue at surface of a leaf, or the surface of the tissue of your lungs. CO2 is very soluble in water everywhere.
Do you get it?
Humans contribute far less than 420 ppm CO2 to the atmosphere. For the year 2020, according to NOAA measurements, humans did not add more than 2.58 ppm (or 0.6%) of the NOAA-measured net CO2 in air in 2019, since 2.58 ppm was the net increase in measured net CO2 from 2019 to 2020 due to all CO2 sources and sinks natural and human.
These exculpatory experiments demonstrate that seawater easily absorbs more than 100 times the human-contributed amount of CO2 and that the CO2 is not accumulating in the headspace, i.e., in the atmosphere. CO2 added to air is absorbed by ocean. Any CO2 sequestered from air will be returned to air by emissions of CO2 from ocean, soil, plants, and water everywhere.
This experiment can be iterated to show for example that added methane and nitrous oxide gases will be absorbed by the sea water. Henry’s Law applies to all gases, not only CO2, but the absorption and emission rate of each gas is different. The absorption and emission rate of each gas is dependent on the liquid, the temperature at the gas/liquid interface surface and the molecular weight of the gas, more precisely the inverse of the square root of the molecular weight of the gas; this is Graham’s Law.

I believe even non-science-trained justices, judges and juries will understand this. It is like the supposed murder victim appearing at the trial for his accused killer.
Jamal Munshi, PhD, professor emeritus of business statistics, has shown in multiple papers by multiple statistical methods that there is no positive correlation between (a) the trend of estimated CO2 from global fossil fuel emissions and (b) the trend of NOAA-Mauna Loa-measured net CO2 atmospheric concentration. No positive correlation is expected based on the exculpatory evidence explained in the previous paragraphs. However, a positive correlation between these two trends (a) and (b) is REQUIRED if human-produced CO2 is the cause of (b).
