I am confused
I am confused. G.H.W. Bush was ‘kinder gentler” than who? Reagan? No offense, but I thought it was G.W. Bush who was “kinder, gentler.”
Help me out here please.

Social justice? Social fool.
Spend enough money and anyone can buy themselves a constituency and make a fortune along the way. Their platform need not make any sense whatsoever. It can be an impossible fantasy which has been disproven repeatedly by historical facts. The greater the fantasy and further removed to the future, the larger the constituency. In stock markets, they call this the greater fools theory. In politics, it is called socialism.

The immigration disaster
This is a disaster: In the latest numbers, which are from 2014, 63% of non-citizens are using a welfare program, and worse, it grows to 70% for those in the U.S. 10 years or more, confirming another concern that once immigrants tap into welfare, they don’t get off it.

Their strategy to defeat America
“The Cloward–Piven strategy is a political strategy outlined in 1966 by American sociologists and political activists Richard Cloward and Frances Fox Piven that called for overloading the U.S. public welfare system in order to precipitate a crisis that would lead to a replacement of the welfare system with a national system of “a guaranteed annual income and thus an end to poverty.” ~ from Wikipedia. Cloward, Richard; Piven, Frances, “The Weight of the Poor: A Strategy to End Poverty”.

Marching us all to war
This is marxism. This is Bernie Sanders, Ocasio-Cortez, Maxine Waters, Bill de Blasio, Beto O’Rourke, Nancy Pelosi, and Mazie Hirono. Democrats call it social justice, but social justice and marxism are identical except Democrats have substituted racism for Karl Marx’s war between classes.
“Why is it still acceptable to regard the Marxist doctrine as essentially accurate in its diagnosis of the hypothetical evils of the free-market, democratic West; to still consider that doctrine “progressive” and fit for the compassionate and proper thinking person? Twenty-five million dead through internal repression in the Soviet Union (according to The Black Book of Communism [published by Nikita Krushev’s Soviet Union]). Sixty million dead in Mao’s China (and an all-too-likely return to autocratic oppression in that country in the near future). The horrors of Cambodia’s killing fields, with their two million corpses. The barely animate body politic of Cuba, where people struggle even now to feed themselves. Venezuela, where it has now been made illegal to attribute a child’s death in hospital to starvation. No political experiment has ever been tried so widely, with so many disparate people, in so many different countries (with such different histories) and failed so absolutely and so catastrophically.”
But, Democrats are actively implementing in America.
Quote is from Jordan Peterson, professor of psychology in Canada.

Democrats show their true anti-American colors
The Democrats’ immigration policies promote unsustainable mass migration and undermine border security. Their foreign policy, which favors elite interests and promotes globalization, undermines our national sovereignty. Finally, their social policies, which rely fundamentally on big government, undermine our constitution, the Rule of Law, and the very values on which this country was founded. Taken together, these policies would inevitably spell the end of America as we know and love it.
It’s sad that the political party that traces its roots to patriotic Americans such as Andrew Jackson and Thomas Jefferson is consumed with contempt for the United States of America.
Whatever the reasons driving these Democrats’ hatred of America, that hatred is becoming far too entrenched and dangerous to ignore.
Democrats are showing their true colors — and they’re anything but red, white, and blue.
New York Governor Andrew Cuomo slammed our great nation this week while attacking President Trump. “We’re not going to Make America Great Again,” Cuomo said. “It was never that great.”
Cuomo’s grossly offensive and unpatriotic comments are just the latest episode in a growing catalogue of anti-American words and deeds by Democrats.
One might be tempted to assume that this barely-concealed, if not celebrated, hatred of America was the sole preserve of a radical fringe of the Democratic Party. But one would be wrong. A recent poll found that fewer than a third — only 32 percent — of Democrats are proud to be Americans.
The Democrats’ anti-Americanism has been noticeable for some time. While campaigning for President, then-candidate Obama attacked two foundations of America — the right to bear arms and the Christian religion — and the patriots who cherish them. Working-class voters “get bitter, they cling to guns or religion,” he said.
Following his election, Michelle Obama remarked, “for the first time in my adult life, I am really proud of my country.” President Obama then proceeded to go on his infamous apology tour, slamming and slandering America in front of backward, barbaric societies across the world.
Since then, the Democrats’ antipathy towards America has grown only stronger.
Radical Democrat candidates like Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and Cynthia Nixon are running on explicitly anti-America platforms. Leading Democrat Elizabeth Warren, widely considered a frontrunner among Democrats for the 2020 ticket, called our entire criminal justice system — the envy of most of the world — racist. In July, Democrat supporters of Rep. Maxine Waters burned an American flag outside of her office. Earlier this year, deputy DNC chair Keith Ellisontweeted in support of the far-left domestic terror group Antifa.
Clearly, the election of President Trump only intensified the Democrats’ contempt for their country and countrymen.
In March, the infamous sore-loser Hillary Clinton asserted that “all that red in the middle” — or most of the nation — was racist and “looking backwards.” Meanwhile, Trump supporters face attacks across the country from radical leftists who seek to destroy traditional American values.
Even the Democrats’ major policies threaten America itself.
Unfortunately, that’s what happens when one chooses partisanship over patriotism, and political radicalism over practical common sense.
Whatever the reasons driving these Democrats’ hatred of America, that hatred is becoming far too entrenched and dangerous to ignore.

The History of Jihad
The comprehensive history of the role of war and terror in the spread of Islam.
It is taken for granted, even among many Washington policymakers, that Islam is a fundamentally peaceful religion and that Islamic jihad terrorism is something relatively new, a product of the economic and political ferment of the twentieth century. But in The History of Jihad: From Muhammad to ISIS, Islamic scholar Robert Spencer proves definitively that Islamic terror is as old as Islam itself, as old as Muhammad, the prophet of Islam, who said “I have been made victorious through terror.”
Spencer briskly traces the 1,400-year war of Islamic jihadis against the rest of the world, detailing the jihad against Europe, including the 700-year struggle to conquer Constantinople; the jihad in Spain, where non-Muslims fought for another 700 years to get the jihadi invaders out of the country; and the jihad against India, where Muslim warriors and conquerors wrought unparalleled and unfathomable devastation in the name of their religion.
Told in great part in the words of contemporary chroniclers themselves, both Muslim and non-Muslim, The History of Jihad shows that jihad warfare has been a constant of Islam from its very beginnings, and present-day jihad terrorism proceeds along exactly the same ideological and theological foundations as did the great Islamic warrior states and jihad commanders of the past.
The History of Jihad: From Muhammad to ISIS is the first one-volume history of jihad in the English language, and the first book to tell the whole truth about Islam’s bloody history in an age when Islamic jihadis are more assertive in Western countries than they have been for centuries. This book is indispensable to understanding the geopolitical situation of the twenty-first century, and ultimately to formulating strategies to reform Islam and defeat radical terror.

Don’t follow the EU into oblivion.
“Those who can make you believe absurdities, can make you commit atrocities.” ~ Voltaire, French philosopher, Enlightenment writer, historian
French President Macron tightens state control of news media. German Chancellor Merkel calls for countries to hand over sovereignty to the increasingly powerful, anti-democratic EU Superstate. Merkel and her baby bear Macron want the EU to have an a military to defend against Russia, China and America. Europe gets scarier by the day. Why do U.S. Democrats and RINOs want to follow this insanity of global elites into oblivion?
Power and money. Social status and class, based on fealty and homage to unelected feudal lords. That is how most of the world operates, except the United States. And the elites and powerful in the U.S. today are pushing mightily with big bucks and media power for America to follow the EU.
And lastly, they have no ideas of their own. They are stuck on Karl Marx and his college thesis from the mid-1800s, ignoring the one hundred million dead as a result of that disfunctional thesis.
There is never an explanation why America would want to follow these EU fools into their abyss. But there are good and valid reasons Americans left European feudalism and class-based societies. These reasons are adequately expressed in the Declaration of Independence and the Bill of Rights, which, thank God, are still law in America.
Frau Merkel told the event, titled ‘Parliamentarianism Between Globalisation and National Sovereignty’: “In this day nation states must today – should today, I say – be ready to give up sovereignty. But of course in an orderly procedure.” (Could she be more teutonic?) Ma’am, at what point in your orderly procedure will private property be taken from EU subjects?
To hell with all that, Frau Merkel, give me liberty or give me death.
