July 2018 on Anderson Cooper’s CNN show in the middle of the Mueller investigation of President Trump, former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper said: “One point I’d like to make, Anderson, that I don’t think has come up very much before — and I’m alluding now to [President Donald Trump’s] criticism of President Obama for all that he did or didn’t do before he left office with respect to the Russian meddling,” Clapper said Thursday on CNN’s “Anderson Cooper 360.”

Clapper added that “if it weren’t for President Obama, we might not have done the intelligence community assessment that we did that set off a whole sequence of events which are still unfolding today — notably, special counsel Mueller’s investigation.”
“President Obama is responsible for that, and it was he who tasked us to do that intelligence community assessment in the first place. I think that’s an important point when it comes to critiquing President Obama.”

Of course Clapper believed that Mueller’s investigation would result in Trump’s impeachment, and then Obama would get the credit for that, and if Trump were not impeached, then Obama would be blamed instead of Clapper, Brennan and the U.S. intel deep state.

So it is ok with Dems and RINOs that Pres Obama ordered the US intel apparatus to investigate candidate Trump, and the Mueller investigation spent millions of taxpayer dollars assisted by the intel community including access to illegal spying on the Trump campaign … And they found nothing…zero. But somehow in Dem and Rino koolaid soaked-minds it is a problem for Trump to ask Ukraine’s President to investigate Biden and his son for a $1 billion extortion crime Biden already admitted, bragged about, captured on video and Ukraine’s President, and Ukraine’s former President and Ukraine’s former chief investigator have said on the record that the investigation was already underway in 2016 and was shut down by Biden’s threat.

And, by the way, Nancy Pelosi’s son works for a Ukraine gas company, John Kerry ‘s son was employed by a Ukraine company, Romney son worked with a Ukraine company in addition to Joe Biden ‘s son.

In addition, a group of Dem U.S. Senators wrote the President of Ukraine insisting with strong implied quid pro quo that Ukraine assist the Mueller investigation against Trump.

And we know that Mueller found nothing after spending millions of dollars, hundreds of testimonies under oath and access to illegally acquired covert information on Trump and his campaign workers.  But in the corrupted minds of Pelosi and these corrupt Senators, and koolaid soaked media and Dem voters, President Trump is impeachable for phoning the President of Ukraine (with three actual live witnesses, not an unidentified Adam Schiff-co-conspiring undercover CIA hearsay “whistleblower”) to ask Ukraine’s President for assistance investigating Biden & son, and Trump released the entire unredacted transcript of the call.  Transcript

Ukraine’s President said Trump did not pressure him and the investigation was underway in 2016 but Biden demanded it be shut down.  Viktor Shokin, Ukraine’s chief prosecutor told Washington Post on the record, “I will answer that the activities of Burisma, the involvement of his son, Hunter Biden, and the (prosecutor general’s office) investigators on his tail, are the only, I emphasize, the only motives for organizing my resignation.”

Swamps are well known for stinking. Washington DC certainly stinks. It is necrotic and should be cut out.  But, how to do this surgery if half the country is drinking the koolaid? The worst part is the GOP are letting this happen and the media is complicit in pushing the false Dem impeachment narrative.
