Bud How would one cite this paper?

I was also surprised that Edwin X Berry’s proof of the IPCC error was not cited? https://scienceofclimatechange.org/wp-content/uploads/Berry-2023-Natural-CO2-Dominates-Atmospheric-Increase.pdf

It seems to me there is a little spat here between MIT and Ed Berry. He disputed Andrews who represented those believing IPCC and shows Andrews’ fundamental errors. The paper is https://doi.org/10.53234/scc202301/21

Thanks for your comments Sunface and thanks for your long time reading.

Regarding Dr. Berry, the cited references were used in the present work, either by me in asking the questions or training Grok, or else were used in this work and referenced by Grok. In addition to Berry, the conclusions and works of others such a Dr. Murry Salby presumably agree with these results.

Grok and I are iterating this thought experiment to show the effects when ocean pH is changed, when ocean salinity is changed, when sea surface temperature weight ocean surface area is changed, when the water is stirred instead of still, and perhaps more.

Thanks for posting those reference links; always helpful!

Sunface, regarding citation are you asking about the Lindzen and Happer paper or my blog post here with Grok?

        With respect Bud.

I have to laugh at people that want to site Artificial Intelligence opinion as fact or as substance.

It is a constructed opinion of a non-existent thing that exists an a computer only because it was created by some complete nutter (mentally unsound and eccentric) geek with an opinion and an ability to write a program in code. That is an unqualified opinion and is irrelevant in a living world inhabited by humans with a real brain. In fact its absurd.

Sunface, with all due respect, AI users need to know how to use the tool. Otherwise, it is garbage in and garbage out. In the case of my present use of Grok 3 beta, the fourth AI tool I have used in the last 2 years, I specified the units to be used, I gave it the references to be used, and I commanded it to have full access to the internet (rather than use narrative that someone else fed it), and I checked all the calculations. Furthermore, other scientists have read it and so far none have presented any errors.

In the unlikely chance you find an error, then please let me know.

If you wish to be taken seriously, post with your name and contact information. Post somewhere else if you wish to write ad hominem like this: “complete nutter (mentally unsound and eccentric) geek with an opinion and an ability to write a program in code. That is an unqualified opinion and is irrelevant in a living world inhabited by humans with a real brain. In fact its absurd.”
