The very short video at the link below shows Director-General of World Health Organization (W.H.O.) Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, PhD, announcing that W.H.O. will adopt the European Union’s digital COVID vaccine pass system to create the “Global Digital Health Certification Network” so compliant subjects can “move around as safely as possible” during present and future health threats. W.H.O. is an arm of the United Nations “which receives the larges percentage of their $4.4 billion budget from the United States.”
The Director-General was accused of crimes against humanity in December 2020 by American economist David Steinman, a nominee for the the Nobel Peace Prize, Steinman lodged the complaint at the International Criminal Court (ICC) in The Hague, claiming that Tedros “was a crucial decision maker in relation to security service actions that included killing, arbitrarily detaining and torturing Ethiopians.” Tedros was Ethiopia’s health minister from 2005 to 2012 and its foreign minister until 2016, when his communist Tigray People’s Liberation Front (TPLF), a terrorist organization, was the main member of the ruling coalition.
W.H.O. during the last months has been negotiating with nations to hand over dictatorial power to W.H.O. during pandemics and other crises which W.H.O. self-declares.
“The technique of a mass movement aims to infect people with a malady and then offer the movement as a cure.” ~ Eric Hoffer
“The quality of ideas seems to play a minor role in mass movement leadership, but what counts is the arrogant gesture, the complete disregard of the opinion of others, and the singlehanded defiance of the world.” ~ Eric Hoffer’s book “The True Believer. 1951.

This book concerns itself chiefly with the active, revivalist phase of mass movements. This phase is dominated by the true believer—the man of fanatical faith who is ready to sacrifice his life for a holy cause—and an attempt is made to trace his genesis and outline his nature. As an aid in this effort; use is made of a working hypothesis, starting out from the fact that the frustrated1 predominate among the early adherents of all mass movements and that they usually join of their own accord, it is assumed:
1) that frustration of itself, without any proselytizing prompting from the outside, can generate most of the peculiar characteristics of the true believer;
2) that an effective technique of conversion consists basically in the inculcation and fixation of proclivities and responses indigenous to the frustrated mind*
To test the validity of these assumptions, it was necessary to inquire into the ills that afflict the frustrated, how they react against them, the degree to which these reactions correspond to the responses of the true believer and, finally, the manner in which these reactions can facilitate the rise and spread of a mass movement. It was also necessary to examine the practices of contemporary movements, where successful techniques of conversion had been perfected and applied, in order to discover whether they corroborate the view that a proselytizing mass movement deliberately fosters in its adherents a frustrated state of mind, and that it automatically advances its interest when it seconds the propensities of the frustrated.
