A Taiwan solution

The U.S. government should invite the Taiwanese government to duplicate their semiconductor plants in the USA, with U.S. taxpayer financial assistance. Strategic importance for U.S., Taiwan and the free world.

    Perhaps it would be cheaper and more effective to carry out an “Operation Chastise” type attack on the Three Gorges Dam.
