At this link is an example and symbol of the sickness, depravity and loss of critical values in western society, in New York City of course. Imagine if this were your property or your neighborhood. This is people, a jury, lawyers and a judge, all who failed to learn the lesson of the “tragedy of the commons,” punishing an individual who is attempting to take personal responsibility for their private property.
